    sun sea and beach, because they give my body essential vitamins and minerals to keep it healthy

    It really depends on my mood: the vibe that gives me solace would be the mountains, the beach would give me moments of reflection and the sun gives me energy to look forward to another day, while the moon shield the past and the sins...

    I have to go with the sun, sea and beach.  I live in Canada and understand the gloom and despondency that can easily set in when we are not getting enough Vitamin D.  By February in a cold winter, hibernation has truly set in - physically and emotionally. 
    When the sun comes out there is a definite, noticeable change in people's demeanour. 
    Added to that, who doesn't look better with a tan?
