Nature's artistry has to be seen to be believed. Cedar Breaks National monument is an example of this. It was interesting to read about its history too. The pictures and videos are great. Peggy
This place looks so beautiful.   I can only imagine how it took your breath away with its natural beauty.
I think it's great tgat they offer free passes to 4th graders and their families.

I'm a star gazer and would love to see it from there.

I'm not sure about taking an airplane ride, but a scenic drive sounds nice.

Great writing. All this information is helpful to anyone wanting to visit.

Looks like an amazing place, Peggy.  I’ll have to add Cedar Breaks NM to my list of future places to visit.  I did get to Arches and Bryce Canyon years ago but this place looks just as amazing.

    Hi Vidya,

You are correct when you wrote that "nature's artistry must be seen to be believed."  There is much artistry of nature at Cedar Breaks National Monument.  So happy to be able to share some of it with you and others.

    Hi Brenda,

It would be fun to spend a night or two at Cedar Breaks to gaze at the stars.  Our time was limited, so we moved on to other locations.  Yes, knowing that 4th graders, and their families have free access to national parks and other places is great!  I did not previously know that!  Thanks for your comment.

    Hi Bill,

There is so much to see and enjoy in Utah.  We did get to all of the national parks, and a handful of state parks.  I would happily go back there and spend more time seeing other attractions.  I am happy you liked the introduction to Cedar Breaks.  Take care, and happy traveling!
