Where do you find good ideas for pictures taken for your hub articles?
my pictures are all original, and are taken by me or my sister.
Take any picture during travel ,Write your hubs about it. Example ,I traveled Khajjiar ,It is Mini Switzerland. I took Photos and Videos. I wrote about it.
Similarlay I went to visit Garden of 5 senses. I took photos of Flowers
Try Zemanta, it works along side your blog to suggest articles and pictures that you can click on and add to your articles as you write them. The pictures Zemanta suggest appear according to your articles content so they are ever changing as you write, you simply choose the ones you want to use. You can transfer your article to hub or it may work with hubpages, but it is great for bringing up useable pictures. They have thousands of pictures.

I've fallen into the habit of taking my own pictures. It's the best way to stay out of trouble.
With today's digital cameras & the photo editing software that comes with computers, it's relatively easy to take a great picture.
There's always something around your home or neighbourhood or even in the photos you already have that will fit in with most Hubs.
Good luck!
I usually hit Google for pictures especially on rushed articles.
I try to take as many as possible of my own work. Aside from that I use Bigstock Photo or PhotoBucket.
usually a quick google search helps
but most times i take my own photos
Like most of the others, I like to take my own pictures. I think it helps make the article unique, since no one has those pictures except me. It's pretty easy to come up with an idea for a picture when I'm writing about something I'm passionate about.
If I'm stuck and don't have a picture I can use, I use wikimedia commons for the rest of my images. I knew I wanted a picture of a hazmat suit for my first article on FlyLady, so the idea was there...the suit, however, was something I didn't have access to.
I find good ideas for my hub photos at "freestock photos" or "photo bucket."
taking your own photos of your work is the best but you can also go to freedigitalphotos.net

Microsoft clipart is a really good place to get pictures for your hubs, and most importantly, the pics are all FREE.
I've been taken my pictures with a cellphone to get by for now and they have come out great. I was thinking of a hub on Donald Trump and on the way to pick up my girlfriend from work I stopped by a Trump hotel and took some pictures of the building an sign just for a nice visual.
I look in my picassa files. Often I find relevant pictures I have taken. If I plan ahead I can take relevant photos for my hubs. Sometimes I take pictures of old prints and photos from my collection and even from old magazines.
I google for pictures related to the topic I am writing about
I see a lot of people use photo bucket. I use personal photos mostly as I dont want to break a copywrite law.
Please try Google images.. you can find lots of picture there..
Really guys? Google?
I do worry about copyright infringement, so I'm reluctant to take images from search engine lists. I rather create my own if that's the case.
However, there are some good free stock photo/image websites out there.

I usually add photo on my hub that is related to the article. First I make my article and then take photo myself. When I failed to get the photo for my hub then I take help of google search engine for finding the exact photo.
I try to take my own pictures. If I can't or the topic doesn't lend itself to something I can take, then I try to find one elsewhere. I might ask a friend if she has one I can use or if it's something I think I'll use a lot, I'll buy it through a site such as iStockPhoto or Shutterstock. I also look for public domain images.

Just wondering, is it necessary to mention source link while using photos from search engines. And, if I do will it be beneficial for my hub or not?

How to avoid copywrite infringement when obtaining pictures and videos for my hubs? Consequences? This question has several parts. I'm worried about the copywrite issues involved with pictures and videos that I obtain on the web. How do I know if an image that I find on Google images is copywrited?...

When our hubs were once chosen, we had a way to see what was supposed to be fixed before it appeared on a niche site. Now I don't see anything like that. It could be me, but there was a way to see what they wanted added or deleted. It's very frustrating. Yesterday I was told my hub on Zeus, the...

I check out many of the new hubs as they come across my Home page. I'm interested to see how many people use their own original work, how many correctly use and credit public domain photos, and how many are outright stealing photos from the Internet. When someone posts a professional looking photo...
