I would like to know what makes you angry. Most of us at some time get angry at something or someone. I am angry because a friend of mine has over reacted and caused a lot of hurt to others around her. She was angry at something very trivial and all hell has broken loose.

i'm pretty laid-back, although things some hubbers mentioned like someone slandering me behind my back, or fake friends make me feel hurt instead of angry, like, wow, i see my trust was misplaced.

what makes me angry is when i read about %$#@! hurting innocents like childern and animals - there's absolutely NO EXCUSE for that, ever.

    Not much, if anything.

I've had the odd moment but usually if not always related to someone upsetting one of my children. Not the normal run of the mill stuff that happens with kids - the fights and fallouts with each other.

Bullying or some other similar behaviour. That always got my goat.

Biggest thing for me is Dishonesty, in all its forms.
Although small things annoy me pretty bad and can put me in a pretty disgruntled mood.
Or when i go to post my credit card payment and find out the date was moved to 2 days earlier, without a notice and have to pay another 50$ late fee.. yep that makes me pretty angry.

The question makes me realize what "get me going" is disregard for the well-being and feelings of other people (and animals, as well), which amounts to lack of respect for others.  How "big" my anger is is related to how "big" the "offense" is.  I have major anger over people seriously harming others.  I have "next-level-down" anger if someone does something like speeds and risks the lives of innocent people on the roads.   Then, though, if someone does something like leaving their shopping cart in the middle of the aisle so others can't get buy, I have a version of "minor anger" for that kind of disregard for others.

This is well put into groups, of course different levels but anger all the same. Mine is when I am fighting for my family.

Anyone who has power over me. Banks, governments, police etc etc. Even when they are pretty benign. I think I have problems with authority and I'm too old to grow up now.

People that drive at 28 miles per hour and it's just as illegal as speeding. I overtook one 2 months ago and was stopped by the police so I said " I saw the road was clear for 300 yards officer so I overtook, is your partner stopping the other driver who was illegally driving at 28mph? " Ya gotta make the police think cause it confuses em, he took his hat off and scratched his head because I overtook at 35mph so wasnt speeding.

" Ok sir go on your way but drive carefully in future "....And as I drove off I yet again learnt a lesson in life that I already knew. There are crappy drivers on the road and the scarecrow from the Wizard of Oz would climb up the ranks of any police force !
