It's spam - report it and flag the user profile.

If you take the time to read the FAQ, you'll learn much more about what is allowed and not allowed on the site,

It's important that all hubbers familiarize themselves with the TOS, then when you see this type of thing you'll know what to do.  This is definitely not allowed on HP.  You simply flag the hub and flag the profile.  HP will take care of it.  By posting  the link here you've now given them a link they don't deserve and once HP deletes it, this becomes a "dead" thread.

The thing is, you don’t have to be 300% sure something is reportable to report it!  Whether it’s a forum post, profile, or hub, greatest chances are that when you think something is “not right”, it’s probably not right.  Report it and let the HP staff make the determination.  Despite misconceptions that are propagated in the forums from time to time, no deletions, nor especially bans, happen automatically from a “report”.  HP staff reviews the situation before any action.

I have seen veteran hubbers who state they never report anything, because they don’t want to be “tattle tales”.  Think of it like this:  It’s like picking up litter in your hometown or community that you love.  If you love HubPages, help keep it litter free.
