Just tried signing in and no captcha for me.

The only thing I can think is - are you using a different computer?

Nope. Same one. I signed in and out (for the fun it brings I guess) and still there.

I think if there is more than one account being accessed by the same computer and/or IP.

I have the same idea. It's there to stop scripted login.

      I've never seen it though.

I have six accounts I use regularly - and none give me captcha.

Real surprise to me. How do you manage them all?

DS - I have three accounts, all of which I dip in and out of but I've done that for ages and never once had an issue.

    I'm special hmm

It's been around for about a month or two. My experience seems to point towards it being due to the fact that I have a few accounts in which I do a lot of dipping.

I've always had the catchpa for signing in to HubPages, or at least as far back as I can remember.  My sister got an acct soon after I started in order to become my fan and comment on my hubs.  She's in the same household, so has the same IP address.  I notice when I travel and use the hotel internet, tethered or wireless, I don't get the catchpa.

ARGGGHHHH!  Thanks for letting me know, though I can't deal with it now.  I have to leave shortly to go do a peds evaluation.  It's hell week for me.  I have eval/re-evals every day this week.

(Of course it got me fired up and I did "deal with it" by sending an email to the site owner.)

I have had catchpa come up once or twice when creating a new Hub. It was between the inappropriate, copied, spam Hubs will be removed screen, and the Hubtool screen.

This appears to spammers? Very odd, especially when you consider that, like Monty Python, I don't like spam! mad
