I have a problem, perhaps there are others out there that share my same dilema. I need to make some money. Simple enough statement, no clear solution. I'm all over the world wide web. Affiliate programs paid to do just about anything that you can, legally, blogs and social networking sites! Am I loosing my mind? Of course I am...somedays I feel like just chucking my list of sites into my shreader and sticking to playing Poppit!
Any suggestions out here in Hubville? I'm open, give me a holler.

Abbie, affiliate marketing and writing online are long-term endeavours.  Dale can give you good advice to get started, but it'll take a couple of years of hard work before you're earning a real income.

That's why most people start building their online business while they're still working at a day job.

By all means get moving on that goal, but if you need money right now, you need to look at other avenues.  Sell on eBay or similar sites.  Write articles to sell on freelance sites or Constant Content. If you're good at crafts, look at Etsy.

Great tips Marisa. I'm going to check out those sites you mentioned. I hadn't heard of them before. I am getting a check from Google every month now but want to work towards a supporting income from the web. Time and patience, and persistent writing - and quality content. PERSISTENCE is the key. And the openness to learning.

That really is a loaded question.  There still are ways to make money online but it really depends what you are willing to put into it.

Im not talking so much money but rather time and effort.

Feel free to contact me through my email and we could chat.  I would like to get some more details before just blurting out some broad answer.

That really goes for anyone who is serious about making money.  Contact me and we can talk.

    Otherwise

    Cheers

    Dale

I agree wiht Marisa, I have been on a year and started to make money recently...however, I sell a lot on ebay and other selling sites.  It helps a lot and I still have my day job.  Good luck to you.
