I posted my first blog on Blogger earlier today. You can find my link on my Hubpages profile page. I was wondering how many use Blogger for backlinks and has it proven effective.
Yes I do use blogger to create backlinks. I feel it has brought many visitors to my Hubs. Everyday I see an increase to visitors to my Hubs.
hey there sam. . I use blogger .. I also post a blurb on Xomobma and rss feeds .. feed them once and they take off:)(read sunforged hub on rss feedsumissions.
good luck with your first blog!
Indeed. Just added a Word Press link page and already gaining traffic. Without effort, my RSS from HP is now quadrupled in power.
-Hub Pages RSS
-Word Press RSS -(auto post to facebook & twitter)
-Twitter
-Social RSS for Facebook.
{ ps, twitter is actually an RSS program }
If I understood and knew how to use backlinks I would. I barely know how to turn this damn machine on !So I am on my own !
I have a couple of blogs over there one I use for Hubtrails and one I use to just generally link back to hubs and stuff I find interesting, my hub HubPage No No tells you all about that one.
The other I am just getting up and running so no links from here to there yet.
I added my RSS Feed frm HubPages as a widget on my blogger blog. It posts the last five, I believe, hubs I've written. Since I've only written five, I'm good for now! LOL.
I am still trying to figure out how to use blogger.com. I am not really proficient with a computer but I will keep trying to produce something I like there when I figure it out. HP is much easier to use !
I use blogger a fair amount for backlinks, among other tools.
I just recently started using blogger, but I haven't quite concentrated on creating backlinks yet. I hope to tackle that situation sometime soon.
I used to, but I didn't find a significant amount of traffic, so I've abandoned my blogger blogs. I now use other blogs that get loads more traffic to send people to my hubs. Not necessarily loads in general, but much more than blogger ever did. I just really didn't like they're layouts and didn't want to spend the time there.
Just remember to have other blog posts that don't have direct links to Hubpages. I was told that if every post has a link to hubpages, the blog will look spammy to search engines. I try to vary it up with maybe 1:1 or 1:2 (hubs:non-hub post).
Well, I use the tool provided by hubpages to list my hubs on my blog.... and one more good thing is to share that my blog currently have a page rank 2 ....
I use Blogger, Xomba, Digg, Delicious, She Told Me, YouMob, Delicious, ZooLoo, Boomarking, Red Gage, Twitter, SEEKyt & Facebook for back links. Some share revenue, some don't.
It takes some effort, but for any of them to be very effective, you need to participate by doing more than just posting links. Just as the forums here help us find readers, followers and great writers, the same happens at every sharing site, albeit with differing levels of sophistication and ease.
Now, with Blogger, if somebody could just tell me how to invite all those people on my contact list to subscribe, I'd be in clover. I looked at Blogger from ever angle, even got on the floor and looked up and could not find a single way to invite them.

It came to me as a surprise when I visited my account lately and found dollars are accumulating even though I stopped publishing hubs and utterly neglected my account. So I'm coming back to get my dollar when it reaches the threshold and continue hubbing thereafter. I find new inspiration to...

... when most of your content is on Hubpages?I noticed that recently a few of the Hubpages regulars have gotten together on Blogger for a joint project. What are the advantages of using Blogger as an ancillary site, when you have most of your content on Hubpages?

I started using this blogging link to send my own hubs out of the hub nest. Soon, as I was going to make comments for my friends list I ended up reading other good hubs and decided to share theirs on my blogs too. Then the blog idea started evolving to help promote more reads and...
