Please Hub Moderators...... Stop Insulting Intelligent People!

   I really - totally object to having my efforts to successfully produce high quality hubs, images and words, undermined by an anonymous and questionably qualified moderator, whom I would challenge to take the time to read and actually understand any of the work that I produce and publish here!
   
   I find it highly insulting as a qualified writer/poet of better than average ability, who ensures that no grammatical errors exist within those hubs, that a word count sits between 760 - 3000 etc., to have my work Labelled as 'SUBSTANDARD' and Not living up to HubPages' standards!
   
   What a joke HP!
   
   Practically EVERY Hub I have produced has been good enough (by HP's Standards) to be a Featured Hub within this site and used by the site as an anchor to attach other hubber's links to! INCLUDING My Latest which was published a few days ago and now Unpublished by a 'Human' Moderator - at the expense of it's ability to gain those Ever Illusive Serps!
   
   Factually... I DON'T Publish Substandard Works..
   Perhaps THAT Is Actually The Problem!!
   
   Below are the messages attached to my Now Unpublished work that contains about 30 Highly Positive Comments - mainly from other poets who Understand the art. The hub has a word count of 895 - contains 2 poems (which could be 2 hubs!) - 2 Ebay capsules - labelled 'Other Ends' and 'Zen Travels' - WTF is wrong with either of those headings?  I write in a Zen format FFS!
   
   The Hub in Question - My Latest and perhaps (under these circumstances) Aptly Named:
   'When There is No More: A Poem of Hope: About The End'
   
   So PLEASE... BEFORE I WASTE ANYMORE of My Time ensuring that this site gets most of my BEST work.. PLEASE Have a Real Assessment of that Hub and Do So through the eyes of a person who has the ability to understand the Real Difference between Quality and Crap! Thank You though I believe...
   
   THERE WAS and Remains NO Practical REASON To unpublish Quality Work generated by quality people - I feel that this was a SUBSTANDARD Effort on the part of your Moderator... who actually might be real enough to actually reply and be specific on their action - and those of the party who may feel aggrieved by my presence here, enough to flag my work!

      I absolutely detest having anonymous moderators on this site, PD.  Whether they are moderating the forums, or our articles, they should have to give their names so we can know which mods are actually worthy of the position HP has entrusted them with.  Sometimes I wonder if they can actually write themselves or are simply there to fill the position.  Good luck getting some sort of satisfaction from HP!  You'll need it!

         It's got all the transparency of mud and really does not fool anyone with an IQ over 60
         
         I call it the old "Get Back In The Box!!!!" Ploy... which of course, it is!   Maybe someone here learned it from Maxwell Smart and thought "Wow.. that will work on outspoken writers.. when they call a spade a spade, instead of a club!"  Oh.. please don't get me started.. BS is BS irrespective of flavor!
         
         But, Luck should have nothing to do with it in a Real World, in such circumstances that actually call for leaving the BS out of the equation!

      Hi CM - yep, this sort of stuff is absolutely demoralizing for people who have a work ethic of taking a pride in what they do!  Yet, we loyal and sincere people still try to see an Upside to what we actually know as being a very Poor Level of Expertise dictating something that is often beyond the comprehension of the party paid to enforce a lesser work ethic on us! - That amounts to bad and incompetent management, which probably takes offense to constructive critique from those who may well be more qualified!
      
      Like you and many of us who joined 3 + years ago, we followed a great formula for writing quality that was promoted by Paul Deeds and gave us a level of quality that ensured our work/writing ethics were far superior to those that are now accepted!  It's a great pity that the formula that I refer to was scrapped - that was yet another 'Substandard' action in my opinion!
      
      There is Absolutely NOTHING WRONG with my hub!  But taking it down has since provided the opportunity for someone else here to virtually copy my poem and its key lines, key words, theme and publish a new hub using a similar title! - Nice One - though in this case, such a deliberate 'copy' is certainly not flattering!

   PD, have you checked each of your links?  It might take only one bad link to get the substandard rating.  You have a lot of links - are they all pertinent to the subject?  And how do you determine if another hub is pertinent to a poem?
   
   Does HP not like having 3 copies of the same photo on the same hub?
   
   Just some thoughts that might be what HP is picking up.  It obviously isn't the traditional meaning of "substandard" but all of these are included in the HP definition and could maybe be a part of what they don't like.
   
   Never forget that the offensive term "substandard" doesn't mean to HP what it does to the rest of us.  The problem need not have anything to do with poor quality writing.

   Cheers Wilderness - the links I have all relate to my own hubs and all my links were checked using HP tools to do so, which suggests the link! If I get a broken link advice - I fix them always within 24 hours.
   Pearldiver writes poetry - therefore Every Poem written by that author is pertinent to Every Poetry Hub by Pearldiver and the link tools confirm this.
   My 'Hubtivity' is 100% therefore I have done my share of linking to others and HP.
   My photos are not the same - they are similar but of different sizes and separate files. I can change that dynamic simply by breaking up the 2 poems in the hub into 2 separate hubs, with the same pics! - but that lowers the overall quality of the hub, even if if gains more impressions!
   
   In regards to what constitutes 'substandard' - If HP is factually using a human moderator as is claimed, then I consider their inability to specify exactly what the problem is, to be totally substandard on their part, if for no other reason bar the fact that absolutely no respect, consideration or value is placed on the hubber's efforts or their serps rankings!  Cheers... I appreciate your input on this.

      I mean..... It's not like they earn their peanuts writing unimportant poetry is it?

      If you Google that it will be available to read via the cache and if you click on that the hub is readable... I would appreciate a real assessment of it.

         i tried...i'm so technically challenged
         
         ask me to cook a nice meal or change the oil or sumthin' like that and i'm good to go....but ask me about where my 'cash' is and i automatically sign into my bank account....just to make sure it's there!
