Some of us were born free and others of us have to fight for it. Freedom is the reason behind everything I do and freedom is what drives me to blog, write hubs, build businesses and practice living an unconventional life.
No, I am not a millionaire but I am here to show you what I have learned along the way.
    I keep on fighting..
    Who else is?
    Cheers smile

What are you declaring freedom from?

You have to live, no? Some are lucky enough, and more than that, to have the means to live a luxurious life. I have to create that.

So you are fighting for freedom from poverty?

Having a luxurious lifestyle is not necessarily what a happy life is all about.  We, as individuals whether rich or poor have to make our own life.  I am poor and am happy as I appreciate the small things in life and I have worked hard for what I have.  On the other hand I have had the taste of being super rich an I did not like it.  I have literally fought for Freedom wearing the colors of the United States Army.

Being materialistic is a sucky way to live.  Being realistic is the best way to live.  It is the small things in life that are the most important.

SPEAK for YOURSELF, if the OP wants to have a luxurious life, she should GO for it!  I applaud her.  That's the problem with some people.  They have an anti-success and poverty consciousness and discourage others from being successful.  I say to the OP GO FOR IT, ACHIEVE and LIVE YOUR DREAM.

Ahh Freedom! Everyone is in search of it one way or the other.
Freedom is what we are born for but most importantly we must realise that it comes with a huge burden and that is its responsibility to take advantage and fully appropriate that freedom.

Freedom to others is worse than oppression because in freedom you you have to take responsibility for your life while under oppression someone is responsible for you.

It is a paradoxical concept that of Freedom, yet we long the only one meaning that does the thing for us: creates hopes and dreams.

Fight for your freedom will turn you able to see and recognize it better!

That is one of the best reasons to write. There are many people who need to see that others live an unconventional life, are free and are successful at it.

Grey Temples... I absolutely love your name. I can't help but smile when I see it. I think wealth and poverty are in the heart. What is wealthy for me may be poor for you and vice versa... Live Well and Bless God!

    Engelta, fighting isn't necessary.

Everyone on this planet was born imprisoned. If you're after physical wealth, more power to you. Feed your ego. I used to think this was a bad thing, but I've recently discovered that feeding ego helps to speed the recovery.

When you finally realize that nothing in this physical universe can satisfy, then you will discover a point in the heart which leads to spirituality -- the realm of creation.

When you finally reach that goal, then fighting will seem silly, because attainment or obtainment of anything will become effortless. Fighting is effort. Creation is effortless.

If you can convert desires of self-concern into altruistic desires, then you will achieve what you are after far sooner.

Take out the religious part then I agree with Lone77star

Freedom is being able to serve others healthy without thinking of your self too much.
