      Buttermilk pankakes, eggs over easy, sausage and hashbrowns. All with no bad cholesterol and calories but still tastes delicious.

    Banana toast with cinnamon, a nice bio-drink yoghurty thing, some fruit juice. Then a strong black espresso. Yum smile

    I have oatmeal every weekday, I like to do something different on the weekends smile

    I had 2 buttermilk pancakes, a banana sliced on top, raspberries and bacon...yum, yum

    It's way past breakfast time by now.  Let's do beans on toast, it can work for just about any meal.  Cheap...nutritious...doesn't quite gag you even if you're not in the mood. roll
