Even though I have Scottish blood, the British cuisine isn't so appealing to me.
I adore Indian food, especially lamb curry. Yum!
I admit to a bit of a sushi fixation, which my husband aids and abets. Also, all types of Mediterranean-influenced food, from Provencal to Italian to Middle Eastern, are really delicious. Thai, Mexican, and Moroccan are up there too. And French pastries...the list doesn't end! My stomach is rumbling!
Occasionally, I just want a good grease fix. Grilled cheese and beer-battered onion rings fit the bill. I try not to do that too often, though...
Chillie-based meat dishes, fish head curry and durian shake!
I mostly eat raw food now, but when I ate cooked food I enjoyed:
Mexican (enchiladas, tacos, burritos, chips and salsa, refried beans)
Chinese (Americanized Chinese) (sesame chicken, Mongolian beef, lo mein, egg rolls)
Sushi (especially cucumber rolls)
Korean (I love kimchi)
Southern (fried chicken, green beans, potato salad, pecan pie)
Southern Barbecue (the kind with the thick, sweet, tomato-based sauce - nice and smoky)
Italian (lasagna, spaghetti with meat sauce, bruschetta, tiramisu)
Soup (almost any type of soup)
Seafood (Captain D's fish, fried shrimp, lobster, king crab legs, mahi mahi)

Korean is nice. Vietnamese I've had a little and liked it. Indian not so much. Though I like the taste of curry it doesn't agree with me. Chinese yes, though not the takeaway variety. Mexican certainly. Never tried Ethiopian. Turkish YUM. Japanese MORE PLEASE!
Seem like we have the same taste except Mexican foods. Mexican beans gave me gas! kakaakakaa ... Or maybe I haven't had the opportunity to try a real Mexican food yet. I tried Brazillian though! Had the best Brazillian food experience when I was doing interpretation in OH last year.
I love chinese food and italian, there's so many dishes that I like I can't begin to list them!
I don't mind a few milder curries and onion bahjis and bombay potatoes!
Mexican food is good too, I'm quite fond of quite a lot of cuisine except for greek food, hardly ever have any when on holidays I'm afraid, I'm not a fan of seafood which most of it was from what I can remember
