Chillie-based meat dishes, fish head curry and durian shake!
I mostly eat raw food now, but when I ate cooked food I enjoyed:
Mexican (enchiladas, tacos, burritos, chips and salsa, refried beans)
Chinese (Americanized Chinese) (sesame chicken, Mongolian beef, lo mein, egg rolls)
Sushi (especially cucumber rolls)
Korean (I love kimchi)
Southern (fried chicken, green beans, potato salad, pecan pie)
Southern Barbecue (the kind with the thick, sweet, tomato-based sauce - nice and smoky)
Italian (lasagna, spaghetti with meat sauce, bruschetta, tiramisu)
Soup (almost any type of soup)
Seafood (Captain D's fish, fried shrimp, lobster, king crab legs, mahi mahi)
I love chinese food and italian, there's so many dishes that I like I can't begin to list them!
I don't mind a few milder curries and onion bahjis and bombay potatoes!
Mexican food is good too, I'm quite fond of quite a lot of cuisine except for greek food, hardly ever have any when on holidays I'm afraid, I'm not a fan of seafood which most of it was from what I can remember
# 1 Indian/Mexican
# 2 Italian
# 3 Morroccon,Turkish,middle eastern-all good..very similar
#1 Italian
#2 Venezuelan
#3 Brazilian
#4 American (specifically New England and Southwestern)
I'm a foody, so I love all types of food. But, if I had to narrow it down, then these are it:
1. Authentic Chinese
2. Thai
3. French
4. Italian
Fresh seafood, Thai (sate, peanut sauce), Greek (mousaka, spanikopita), Middle Eastern (tabouleh, goat kabob, arabian baklava), East Indian (butter chicken, tzatziki, nan bread), Southwestern (pesole, white corn tortillas, guacamole),
Oh, my - I have to go make a snack
I am with Guru I love all cusines. Mmmmmmmm. In fact I am starving now, absolutely ravenous, am defrosting some weiners right now. You are all welcome to join me for dinner. BYO.
Don't much like Brazilian food myself, but being that I'm of Cuban descent, I love Cuban food.
As unsophisticated as it sounds, my favorite food is Americanized Chinese (and yes, I've tried authentic Chinese--I still prefer the Americanized stuff). My wife's British-Jamaican so I like peas and rice, but she tends to prefer the British stuff and as a result I've learned to make her favorite dish, shepherd's pie. And I like the way I make it, if I do say so myself.
I also like Italian, I like seafood and I like BBQ. Here's a little something some of you might not now: if you have a Houston's in your town, try their ribs. The place--yes it's a chain--is pricey but they make the most tender ribs I've ever had, and I've flown across the country to different places for ribs.
mexican food all the way....the only think I liked about my ex besides our kids....
I LOVE
1. Thai food
2. Chinese food
3. Italian food
4. Mexican food
Used to work at a pretty upper-class type french restaurant, they had AMAZING food. Although most of it really cant be considered ethnic food because it spans across many cultures.
My girlfriend is originally from poland so i've been trying a few different kinds of polish food which are pretty interesting!
Here are my favorites:
Indian
Chinese
Vietnamese
Thai
Mexican
Italian
Absolutely love seafood too although that's not a specific cuisine. Lobster, crab, crab legs, shrimp, clams, oysters, scallops, etc.
Italian, Greek, Mexican, Cajun, Ukranian and any seafood except oysters unless I'm definitely in the mood and they're super fresh.
Italian food without a doubt
specially carpaccio is my fav dish
mexican
french

What is your favorite kind of food? Ex. Would you choose Chinese, Mexican, American, etc? What portion of the world makes the kind of food that you tend to like the most? You can even go regional on this one, like the Southern United States for instance.

I love both these types of foods. If I had to choose, I would have to go with Mexican food. I love food that is hot and spicy. I also love to experiment with mixing the two types of food to create a special dish. And it does work!I made a mexican version of Manicotti this past weekend and it turned...
