Hey, do the http://thirthydaychallenge.com/
I am, let's catch up to the brainy buggers and spill some fab Articles out................them come out and have a rippin' party!!
Hi Crazdwriter, hubpage is real fun for me.How can you even think of leaving us.Yet after the work when I get back home,I just can't wait to see what's going on hub forums and who is commenting my hubs.I am also not making any money from hubs like you,yet when I see all the people in the forums or their hubs I feel great.I know you can't stop coming to forums-its like online intoxication.
It's a cool feeling when you've just published a hub, and then you stroll in to the forums, and it's like, "Yo, what up family?" And then you can just chat with some people because you've done a hub, whereas if I just spend all my time in the forums, I really start to get anxious to do some hubbing.
Hey Crazd! Life in the forums isn't what it use to be -- I totally agree with you. Seems a tad bit boring to me too (with a few exceptions, you being one of them )
I've hit a slump as well, and am not enjoying myself as I use to. But, that's just it: it's a slump. I've taken more time to do some other things and just let my head go of the hubs and writing. It's been a month now, and I'm just starting to want to get back to it.
Sometimes, all we need is a little break. Take it but leave your hubpages up, don't take it down.
As for the earnings, money doesn't come unless you're a little patient, persevere and work for it. (not that you're not working for it...). Give it a little more time. You've been waiting this long, what's a little bit longer???
Don't go...who's gonna help me keep them boxes in order??? And help keep that stick out of my eyes?????
ooooo (lots of hugs) Beth
30 day challenge? Yea no see I can't do that because like I stated before it's a mood thing...so if I don't want tow rite and I force myself to write it comes out crap. I notice that when I write my stories.
I know what you mean Crazd. There are times when the muse strikes me and I have to get these thoughts out, the writing just flows. I have no problem writing one hub after another. And then there are times when I feel like I have to write just because too much time has gone by, then it feels like a chore. I'm now at the point where I want to mix in commercial which is easy to do but a chore with hubs that are fun. Whatever you do don't let the joy in writing escape you by forcing yourself to do it.
I'm so glad you're staying
A different thing from the 30day hubchallenge. Similar name, two separate projects/platforms.
30 day challenge is learning about networks not writing...... just write when the mood takes you, most of us do that actually.

How do you stay positive when your stats are down?I've been feeling very optimistic about hubpages, seeing fairly steady gains in views and money. But the last 2 days my growing google traffic has completely collapsed. It gives me a small taste of what hubbers who have come to expect income from it...

I have just started, so I dont expect it in the near future, but how many hubs, or how many months before you start making money? How much traffic is considered to be good traffic? Right now I am getting about an average of 75 hits per day on 4 hubs. Is that good? What...

I was just curious for those of you who write for Medium and/or Substack, how your earnings compare to what you make on Hubpages. Do you think it's worthwhile writing for these sites? I look forward to everyone's insight. Thank you.

I appreciate edits, I really do. First, it shows someone has shown an interest in my article. Second, it aids in literary or journalistic growth. When you have put your heart into something, however, and have taken several days to write an article, there should be a little more care by our HubPages...

Does anyone really make money on HubPages?I have worked and worked, all original content, all by myself, and I have not earned a dime. I get visitors. The second issue...I can't connect my hubpages to my paypal account.

Hi, everyone! I'm making $0.01 per day or even less on some days, and I have already been actively writing Hubs for about two months. I have 14 featured articles so far, I think that I'm doing all I can, or am I? Am I missing out on something? Or is this the normal learning curve and should I be...
