Right to Work Sues Obama Administration for Its Secrecy
Recently in the Washington Examiner, National Right to Work Foundation president Mark Mix discussed the Foundation’s Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) attack against the shadowy Obama administration, which is refusing to let the American people know more about the close connections between Department of Labor officials and Big Labor operatives.
As Mix explained, the Obama Administration has stonewalled on numerous disclosure demands, despite its promises of a new era of transparency.
After months of waiting for a response from the Department of Labor, Right to Work Foundation lawyers filed a federal lawsuit in U.S. District Court to force the Obama administration to fulfill its obligations under the Freedom of Information Act. Hopefully, this complaint will spur the Department of Labor toward greater disclosure.
The public at least deserves to know the extent to which union operatives are rewriting laws and regulations put in place to ensure minimal standards of union transparency and accountability.

Spark, you can look at this two ways. One way is that breaking unions actually puts more money in the hands of corporations. So it may not be a good thing for your community to wish a breaking of unions. Already more money than ever is gravitating to the top 1 percent of Americans.
On the other hand, unions can make items more expensive to produce. I think in the long run, reasonable unions are protective of the middle class.
OK... It's Official! People like you dont think the rest of us are stupid enough to buy this union busting ploy. You just hope to reach the one or two people living under a rock that just didn't catch up yet. To the rest of us; you are so funny. I'll give you a fully tax deductible donation for the good laugh! HA!
Our money is taken from us by Tax Laws, then is used to fight us.
Obama is a very dangerous person ... a mouthpiece for the Private Banking Elite.
Democrats are fighting Ron Paul's Bill to Audit the Federal Reserve.
Why is there so much effort to fight the secrecy?
You might be interested to learn a little about who funds this organization. (hint: it's not workers who are being exploited by unions, but very rich people who have a vested interest in keeping unions away from their companies.)

and why do they want unions to stay away from their companies?...their perspectives, not yours...can you do that? see their side of the issue
oh yea, william, did you read the article on carbon emissions i posted...what did you think of it?
I can certainly understand the perspective of big business. They are the same now as they have always been.
If Pete Coors has to take a paycut so a union worker can get better pay or better hours, that's just tough. So he doesn't get to buy a new house in the Bahamas this year. Too bad for him.
I have no sympathy for the CEOs who are making hundreds of times more than the average worker - whether or not they are doing good things for the company.
Also, not sure if I read that article on carbon emissions. Can you repost here?
