   Well, without money you can't enjoy your free time and without free time you can't spend your money. The balance between money and time is that what is important.

   I think both are important because I can't go home and see my family in the Philippines without money for my fares and for my spending. Time is worth more than money when it comes to my family(parents and relations) in the Philippines. I do love my family over there that I will do anything for them.

   I would have to agree with the others in that "balance" is needed. If one is struggling financially, it's difficult to spend quality time with family because the stress is always in the back of the mind. But, if I had to choose, I would say "time with my family" is the most important.

   I'd choose time.. Because money lost can be earned again , but when we lose time, we cannot get it back at any cost.. Even money cannot buy it..

   Without a solid plan, neither will do any good.  Money has time value and any decisions made should be based on understanding of that fact.  Some people are procrastinators.  Some people spend frivolously  Take time to plan a goo budget and handle financing wisely accordingly.

   I would sacrifice money. If you have just enough money to live that is all you need. Time on the other hand is limited. If you are fortunate enough to have a loving family then you are a millionaire anyway. We only realise this to be true as time passes and we are unable to avoid the fading of the light.

   Time has always been more important to me.  Money is ephemeral it can be here one day and not another.  So, with time, but more can be done with time in making a fulfilling and meaningful life.  Money doesn't fulfill or add meaning to my life.  It is handy to have around, but time to pursue the things I want to do, time to spend with the important and meaningful people in my life, time to "smell the proverbial roses," all that is more important to me than money.  I believe more good can be done with time than with money any day.

    I would choose money because with it, you can pay for a variety of services and goods such as landscapers, assistants, managers for your businesses, and any other needed professionals to afford yourself the opportunity to spend more time with your family and friends. For many people, getting to the point of having a great excess of money involves great sacrifice but once there, they can enjoy the time and experiences with their loved ones that having money affords them.

       We all have something that drives us and if money is that thing as long as it doesn't rule every aspect of the person's life, I don't take issue with that. However, we can't deny that having money lessens our stresses

    I'd say from a medical and disease progression standpoint, that I'd sacrifice money in lieu of time.  No amount of money will slow a progression of  a sickness or disease if it's terminal.

    For me Time is the most important thing. The reason is- if there is money and no time, then this money is of no use. We won't be able to use this money. But, even if money is not there and we still have time , we can earn money.

    As a mom, I would say time is more important based from my experience. Your love for your family, husband, wife and children will be appreciated more when they receive love associated with time and not only with money. Why did I say so?
    
    Few years back I was working far away and come home once a month or sometimes every two months. I was making good amount of money based on PI standard. I thought I was giving them the love that they need, I thought I was, but my kids were so distant and they look at me like a stranger.  It was so heart breaking to see them so distant. I can’t blame them because I didn’t have the time to show that I love them.
    
    I just decided to find a way to come home for good, because I can’t imagine them growing up not feeling the love I have for them.  With time, we can show our love more and get a heartwarming love in return, but love given with money will be dense and we will most of the time get even denser result, although we were giving the same love no matter if it’s given with time or money as a medium, but our love will be weigh on how we deliver it or how the people we love receive it.

    They kind of go hand-in-hand, so I'll put it this way.  Enough money to survive on, but enough time to enjoy my life.  I don't need to be rich and I don't collect materialistic things

       Yes! Absolutely I agree. I always wanted enough money to pay the bills, maybe take a few trips, and give some too; like, you I never wanted to be rich.  I certainly don't want that responsibility.

    In my opinion, time is more  important to me than money. There is an old saying  that when you are young, you spend all of your time  earning more money. And, when you become old, you try to spend all of your money with an aim to get the time back which never happens.

    I have made the sacrifice.  I gave up money. 
    
    I was a professional and worked almost 2 full jobs with the hours I put in.
    Once I had my first child, I wanted to stay home with her.  Then I had my second child.
    
    My children are older now and understand that I can't always afford them expensive gadgets.  But they also tell me that they rather have me than stuff.
    
    You can always find a way to earn money.  You can't get time back.

    you must wonder what the most important thing in your life is? i think almost of you will agree with me that our family is always as a top of priority. whatever how much money you can earn, make sure that you'll never regret about what you've done or what you stopped doing. ( i'm studying english hence i would be grateful if you could correct my mistakes).
