   Every man is different. It also matters as to the age of the man and what he is looking for in a particular phase in his life. Most likely a guy in his teens to late 20s is NOT looking to settle down. Most people have no interest in relationship drama after a certain age either.
   
   The real question everyone needs to ask themself is "What do I really want in a mate?" To answer that question you really have to know YOURSELF. You then have to commit to sticking to your "shopping list" which requires Discipline.
   If you go to the store to buy an apple but purchase an onion instead. Whose fault is that? Most people enter into relationships based upon happenstance, impulse, or initial chemistry/physical attraction. Very few people approach dating/relationships from a point of total awareness of what is "right for them".
   We have to take responsibility for the choices we make.

   Men want women to stop reading romance novels and grow up. Real life is nothing like those fantasy stories or those romantic comedies. But if that's what women want in a relationship, they'll be happier with a woman.

   They want Emotional boundaries, Excitement and Acceptance.
   
   Have you already been through a few relationships but are still puzzled over the question of what do guys want in a relationship?
   
   Isn't it really taxing on your soul when you try your best only to realize that it hasn't worked? And you never get the kind of response you expected out of your man?
   
   There is no need to feel hopeless here. The primary reason why women face disappointment in this area is because what they think men want in a relationship is not what men actually want.
