Yep I've been writing hubs. Yay! i'm so proud of myself. Going to write more again tomorrow but yep I wrote some hubs today and I like 'em all.
N-e-ways how is your hub writing coming along peeps?
I'm kinda on the lazy lane of writing. That's why I posted so many picture hubs while I gradually work on writing a new hub.
that totally works mayhmong...just wait until inspiration comes running nad kicks you in the butt
Anyone else write more hubs? I know I still need to read a lot of hubs from all those I have fanned. But am curious to see how hubbing life is going for everyone.
For the next X number of months, I'll (probably) only be writing Hubs about happenings around home--like our baby kangaroo rats and, as it progresses, building the new house--but only because I don't multitask well. Once the home is as completed as it can be without more money, by which time we should be living in it instead of the camp trailer (and the steel storage shed in which I currently sleep), I'll get back to Monster Hubifying. (A term meaning "writing a lot of Hubs".)
In the meantime, mostly "winding down" in the evenings, not pouring energy into Hub Construction....
Maybe by June...
I've got some stuff ready to post and more in various stages. Just getting over a week of computer drama at our house, virus and click bomb. Had to by-pass hard drives with externals to finally get rid of it. Still bring up only one program at a time, run Webroot and Norton, close program out, etc. before logging on to the next program or site. Huge distraction.
ooooo no fun no fun at all rmcrayne. I hope yuo get it all figured out so you can hop back onto the hubbing.
I have written 47 hubs now just need to do the hub challenge and get them published. Now comes the hard part in putting them into a logical format on hubpages. Looking forward to it.
show off! lmao just kidding wesley. Good for you for writing 47 hubs. wow that's a lot. And yea the fun part is getting them together just perfectly for you hubpages. lol Good luck!
cant wait to see them missed you around...... or is it just that i did not recognise the new avatar
I won't be writing anymore, BadCompany is writing just one more but that's only to reach the number 50 then he won't be writing anymore. Making more on a personal website for less effort, less hassle, but we still be around leaving comments.
I'm writing but taking pictures of my projects is taking a long time!! It's slow going but I'm having fun ans keeping busy! Hope everyone else is writing!!!!!
Doing ok but not as good as I'd like. I have about 8 half written hubs at the mo - it's a struggle trying to find the time to write around a full time job and being a mum! Especially when it takes me a good 6 hours to write a good hub. I so wish I could go part time then I would have plenty of time for hubbing and other writing projects.
Well done for you! It's so satisfying when an article is finished
I made 10 hubs today. I still have lots of dvds to watch. I'm still debating on whether or not to post my fiction as a hub. Or more random snippets that make no sense.
I say go for it, Gemsong. Do your fiction or make a new one that you want on here and not anywhere else, and more random snippets are always good. good job chica and keep it going!
I have plenty written and saved. I like to release them a little here and a little there.
haven't written anything for a couple weeks, been depressed
Kind of slow. Got a freelance project and a novel in progress so HP has been suffering a bit.
It's kind of like urban fiction meets space opera meets The Davinci Code.
Angels, aliens, criminals...
All that standard stuff. Lol!
Not really Pam. You have enough good stuff to keep us all busy.
I've just discovered HubPages and have managed to post 5 hubs. I don't know why but I find it easier to post a Hub then I did to maintain a blog.
Good for you Jo Woodward and welcome to hubpages. Have fun while you're here
I tend to choose my topics very well before i think to publish. That's why I'm a bit slow...
Hey rednckwmn you have to read my latest hub I mentioned you
Our main focus is our website (and Tricia's business). Sometimes we write about something for the website and then realize with have more to say on the topic. We then usually take it off the website, and extend it into a hub.
Occasionally one of us has an idea about something to write about that is not relevant to our website, and that becomes a Hub.
What we like best is talking over an idea between ourselves, and then writing it up as a hub with both of us contributing bits. That takes ages - so we have not got a big catalogue of hubs.
I'm in a stand still mode. I guess for lack of comments or views to my current hubs, I've not been overly motivated to write, along with other issues going on (daughter left for college, hubby lost his job).
I guess I could play the woe is me routine - but I won't. I just haven't had any inspiration except poetry & that doesn't bring any income or viewers.
Good for yuo Jane I hope you don't mind if I link some of your hubs to my hubs. I already did one for your cheesecake recipe to the hub on the recipes I posted. I will do my best to help you out too Jane if that is okay with you.
Hi Crazd.Just gone through my hubs and rewrote the headings with low traffic and saw an increase immediately.Maybe coincidence, but was fun anyway.
I wrote a hub this morning, only a little one, i am going to write anothere very soon if i ever stop running around, i can't keep still. Meeting someone for lunch now......
I only joined four days ago I have posted three hubs since I have been here and I am loving being part of the hubpages family. This sense of family is a lovely bonus I never expected this from this sort of site but there are so many people with so much to share you could be on here all day and still only have scratched the surface. I have had a great morning following up on some of the hubbers whose responses are on this thread. Thanks for posting this question

I have just started, so I dont expect it in the near future, but how many hubs, or how many months before you start making money? How much traffic is considered to be good traffic? Right now I am getting about an average of 75 hits per day on 4 hubs. Is that good? What...

Hey hubbers out there.. I am new to hubpages and i am not sure if I can really make money here. Like i have seen some success stories in hubpages but that seems to be long time ago. I am a student and i have little extra time. I would like to utilize my time writing hubs here only if I can really...

I am at a point where I don't know if I should spend the little time that I have updating my numerous hubs across 4 accounts, or just ignore, and write new hubs. It has become tiring. I haven't had the inspiration to write more, just because I am made to feel that all I have written in the past...

I am just a little curious about how much time people normally spend posting backlinks to their hubs before they actually write another one. Any advice or input will be very helpful. Also, how many hubs do you normally write a month - Just curious Thank You!

I was on another thread and someone said many people sign up on HubPages, but very few go on to write a substantial number of quality Hubs.I wonder why this is and what HubPages can do to encourage people to stay on and improve their Hubs, which seems to be what they want. All my Hubs were recently...
