I don't feel wanted. My supervisor is being a pain, and has been saying I might not be right for the role
That's Really Sad.... And So is your supervisor for saying something like that!
You Tell Your Supervisor that you totally agree and that Any Good Supervisor would know that you are Far Better Off as a Sandwich!!
BaileyBear - I'm so sorry to hear that. You have rights as an employee. If you are having difficulties at work you should sit down with your manager and address them. If you think you are doing your job and your manager feels you are not then still have a meeting with him/her to see how you can resolve the issue. It's his/her job to work with you. If they don't provide you with the help you need go up to your managers boss. You don't deserve to be treated like that. I am currently in your shoes and it's UNFAIR how nice people get taken advantage of for their kindness. There is NO excuse for bullying in the workplace. Sign up and spread the word. Your friend positiveone.
I am demotivated and I dont want to go to work anymore. Whats the use in loving your job if at the end of the month it cant meet your basic needs in addition you are well qualified and in demand everywhere else in the world.
I felt like telling her boss that she didn't know what she was doing because last time she told me I had to do it that way.
I feel like i'm trapped in a predicament for months now. I couldn't bring myself to get out of this situation but I am dreading to be out of it! All I wanted is for it to be finished and done. I can't get away from it because there's something that's keeping me and that thing makes me happy.
I feel so lost...
Today I am in pain because I have eaten too much food. Other than that I feel a little troubled because of the uprising in Bahrain, Libya and Yemen. I;m very deeply concerned about family and friends that I have in this country.
KEEPING MY FAITH IN WHAT GOD SAID TO ME ABOUT MY DESTINY.FEELING GOOD.
WITH MY FINGERS! (rim shot)
I just flew in from Las Vegas. Boy are my arms tired!
- (another rim shot)
Sorry. I just could not resist such an easy layup. Always remember to leave the world a little sillier than you find it.
Wow, all these people claim to feel bad. I feel fine if not great. It's all in your head. Use the power of positive thinking!
I feel like there's something missing, and it's killing me on the inside. >.<

What do you think is the hardest thing about being a boss/manager?I've been a supervisor for over 5 year. I found managing staffing levels one of the hardest things I've had to contend with. For those who are a supervisor or manager, what do you find is the hardest thing to contend with?

What should I do if I do not like my supervisor or her boss?Yes, I do have reasonable reasons. They don't value us employees! They are on a power trip and don't care about us "little people". But we do the grunt work and deserve much more respect and appreciation!

What is the worst trait a boss/supervisor can have?As a supervisor myself, I find the worst trait I have is lack of sympathy. I try to care about my staff members problems, but sometimes I don't because I feel they over-exaggerated the situation. What do you feel is the worst trait a...

What can you do if you feel bullied at the office?I work in an office of 9 employees (all 15+ years older). After being here 4 months I've found that almost everyday things are worse. I'm an assistant for two women and I'm given nothing to do (when before I got plenty) so I end up just sitting at...
