I would say not when you are on a restricted diet. I am a diabetic and it would be no for me too. That is way to high in sugar, when trying to loss wieght. Not if you work out a lot or you are a body builder then this is okay if it's a healthy part of your daily intact of required calories. It also helps to know the sugar grams when compared to over all calorie count. To me this one is very high.
