Hi Everyone, I am in the process of writing an experimental hub and I need your help.
my Writers for Hire is a hub directory of hubpages authors who would like to try their hand at freelance writing, I will be adding a list of Hubbers with a link to their profile pages and the topics that they would like to write on.
Any Hubber who would like to be added to the directory, please email me through the link on my profile page with details of subjects that you would like to write about, and how much money they would like to charge for articles that you write for customers.
The advantage of this is that you already have a portfolio of your writing when people click on your profile page, and it is totally free. give it a bash you never know what will happen in my experimental hub.....jimmy
pop me an email writer83 with details and I will add you....jimmy
Good idea Jimmy. I hope it goes well.
Might be an idea to do the other side of the coin as well. "Writers wanted."
Would give people an idea of whether they were charging in the ball park.
Thanks for the advice Mark, I think that I may have to write that hub before the writers for hire hub.....jimmy
hi guys thanks for your emails supporting the idea, I am off to bed and then work tomorrow If I have not already replied to you i will get back to you tomorrow, goodnight and have fun.....jimmy
Hi Guys Just a small update, I have started writing the writers for hire hub and it should be finished and ready to be published by tomorrow evening, I would like to thank everyone who has agreed to take part in this experiment and everyone who have offered their support in this venture.
I would also like to add that it is an open invitation to all hubbers who would like to be involved, and they can join even after the hub has been published......jimmy
Hi fellow hubbers just a note to let you all know that the Writers for hire hub is on the 2nd page of google search and on the 2nd page of yahoo search.....jimmy
Cheers - Good work, Jimmy.
Lets hope that we all get a little employment - If this works out, you will be receiving a bottle of the finest Lesvos Ouzo.

I know that you can choose to display your idle hubs on your profile page, but I don't, because I don't want Google to see them at all and get confused by all those "do not follow." What this means is that my idle hubs are not available for anyone to see, and I have to actively...

Hi, I was informed by a hubber that one of my hubs " How to lose body fat and reduce stomach fat easily" has been copied by a blogger and published on blogger.com. This blogger has not left any links to his profile. It was with great difficulty that I have been able to track down this...

There are quite a few pages written about how to put a 'join here' referral on one's profile page. However, not a single one of those directions work. If I click on the links they provide, it says the pages aren't there.I've got it right twice now, but every time someone joins, it goes away again....

I'm fairy new to Hub Pages, but one of the things I really enjoy is reading through the Hub Hopper - you never know what topic is going to pop out at you OR how good or bad the next article will be, ha! But some of the really good ones could be even better with some good writer-to-writer feedback....

We added the Pinterest "Pin It" button to the small collection of popular social-sharing buttons at the top of Hubs on Thursday. Pinterest has rapidly become one of the largest social media traffic drivers to HubPages, already substantially larger than Twitter and Reddit. Maddie wrote a...
