Hey guys. I need your help. Today at morning i tried to upload few pictures and then i got this message
There was a problem processing this file, please try again or use a different image.
I tried to upload/import JPG and PNG files with mozilla, chrome and IE. So, can you help me?
Is it possible that the images are the wrong size for HubPages (i.e. too big)? Here is a link that lists the requirements.
I had trouble getting clear photos. It is difficult with photo changes. Then flash player kept crashing. We need to be sure of the photo requirements, and share our successes. Good luck.
Try using jpg only and maybe resizing them according to Hub Pages standards
You cannot choose to resize anymore, it is automatically done.
You can always choose to resize the picture prior to uploading it. Upload success is most likely if you are not requiring the uploader to resize for you.
It's ok. I know what's wrong. I've been always having error because pictures are not high quality. Thank you guys for help! Love you!
