I wanted to share this e-mail I received.
Thank you for the very nice article that you wrote about our Japanese Street Festival. I am so glad that you enjoy it, and that you shared your feelings about it with everyone.
Japan-America Society of Washington DC
I was very impressed he took the time to write to me. But I also wanted to let people who are new see that our Hubs are noticed by people outside of HubPages also.
Here is a link to the Hub he read:
The Sakura Matsuri Japanese Street Festival at the Washington DC Cherry Blossom Festival
This is great! It's always nice when people take the time to thank you for a well-written, quality piece of content.
That's is so cool K@ri! I read that hub, and you did a wonderful job! Not only did you do yourself proud, but apparently and hopefully thousands of Japanese/Americans as well! That's wonderful. Great job!!!!
I thought so, I was very surprised. What a nice person he must be!
He obviously wanted to know what people thought.
(By the way, your link in this thread takes me to the Hubtivity page--or home page or something other than your hub.)
Thanks, Rochelle, I'll check that link.
Yea, CC...never know who may be looking
That's great. It's always exciting to get a note like that!
Hi K@ri,indeed it is a heartwarmer! :-) All it takes is a little bit of time and a bit of effort to reach out to someone and it brings huge amounts of joy.
Thanks for sharing!
In our rush rush society it's unfortunate that more people do not do the right thing.
congrats well done
Thats great, I know how you feel its nice to know that those who see the value in what we write come and let us know, I had that happen on a few of my hubs, one in particular that made me proud was when I wrote a hub about work at home businesses and I gave reference to the books written by Paul and Sarah Edwards (the original authors of the home based biz), well they actually stopped by and left a comment on my hub thanking me. It was really cool!
Here is the hub: http://hubpages.com/hub/Working-From-Ho … ah-Edwards
This is WAY cool, K@ri! And I rated.
I've e-mailed some of the bands and people I've linked to work in....and have so far not garnered much response. But then again, some of these people have rather busy lives.
My point is...
If this guy can get into your article, why can't you go and maybe direct someone you think would be interested in it?
Hi K@ri, your positive spirit draws the people in. Hehe You know what I mean. Just wishing you a wonderful Easter day! Lots of love and light to you my friend.
Nice one! the chap knows what you are writing about, and likes it. Can't get much better than that.
Happy Easter to all! Thanks for the support and kind words

I attempt to try my best to improve my traffic and increase my earnings of Google Adsense, but it seems that I can still earn only a little per day. Do you have any tip and suggestion on how to get more traffic for your hubs at Hubpages?

Hey, what if we all visited a fellow hubber who's experiencing decreased traffic and blue arrow blues to lift them up? Several hubbers have shared that things are slow right now. I just stopped by a view of their subdomains, read a hub that appealed to me, and left a comment. How about you do the...
