I just learned from a special friend here on HubPages that our beautiful Hubber friend, Skye2Day has gone on to be with the Lord. Skye (Patti) has been a member of HubPages for seven years! She has not been active here in the past couple of years, but her memory lives on in her beautiful writings and her genuine heartfelt comments she left on our Hubs. Patti was a woman of strength! She was a woman of beauty and grace… that true beauty from within and grace freely given! A woman who was able to love others above and beyond! A woman who has been tested and perseveres through it all! A woman of great faith! A woman after God’s own heart! I was blessed to know her via HubPages.
Deeply sorry to hear this. Condolences to her friends and loved ones.
Hi Christy, You are so kind. HubPages has lost a beautiful member of its wonderful community. I will never forget her.
This is sad news, for sure. Out of the blue the other day, I was reviewing some of my older comments and I ran across a lovely comment she left on one of my hubs. She seemed like a genuinely nice person and I'm sure her family is feeling the loss of her presence. My deepest condolences to her friends and family. May she rest in peace.
I am sorry to hear this. My prayers are with her family and with her friends, like yourself.
Thank you. You are so kind. Patti was a loving person with a gentle and kind spirit.
Thank you. Patti so loved the Lord God and has gone on to her true home.
So sorry to hear this. Wishing her friends and family all the best xx
I didn't know Skye2Day, but it is always sad when one of our fellow hubbers leaves us. RIP, Patti.
Hi John, It is sad as she will be missed. Thank you for your kindness even though you did not know Patti. I will never forget her and her great Faith and how much she loved the Lord. When Patti graced your hub space with her precious and heartful comments, all received a special blessing. I am celebrating a beautiful life.
Acknowledging the passing of a fellow hubber, may her soul rest in peace.
Thank you so much, Dear Jan. Patti was a long-time Hubber here on HubPages, although not active these past couple of years. I've missed her presence. She was a special person with a heart of love for all.
Comfort and blessings to her family and friends, and may Patti be remembered here for a long time.
Hi Patty, Thank you so much. Yes, I believe she left an imprint on the hearts of many through her writing and wonderful comments. I do not know how many of her followers are still on HubPages, but she had a great many over the years who I'm sure she blessed.
With deepest sympathy to the family and friends and to all her fellow Hubbers.
Thank you, Dear Shyron, for leaving such kind sentiments.
I read her twin sister's post on FB this morning. I'm so sad for the family. Patti was far too young to leave the world.
Thank you, Marcy. Yes, another special hubber friend who is on Facebook told me of this news.
I send my prayers to everyone whose been deeply affected by her passing. May she rest in peace.
Thank you so much for your prayers for all. You are so kind.

Have you ever come across or met a fellow hubber in real life? If so, how was the experience? The Hubpages community is so friendly and supportive. I really wish to meet some if not all of them in person, in real life. If it happened to you, how would you feel?

What do you think about the idea of having wills set aside for each and every writer here on the hubpages platform? I've had this discussion in the past with another hubber within the community and we thought that it would be an interesting forum topic. If you were to suddenly pass on, wouldn't it...

Do you think it's polite to point out to a fellow hubber that they have misspelled a word or name?

How do we know when a fellow hubber is dead? How do we reach out to them? How do we send our condolence to their loved ones and how do we keep them remembered for being one of us at least?
