New Glitch: Under Photo Capsule, can't add name of source, source URL and Caption.
Anyone facing same problem?
Hello Ashish Dadgaa, Thanks for bringing this to our attention. This bug has been reported and we are currently working on a resolution.
This issue has been resolved. You can now add the name of the source, source URL and a caption in the image capsule.
I have had similar problems before. Try a different browser or refreshing, and it usually works eventually.
@Butterfly67, YES! Having same trouble--like last night. No amount of refreshing, restarting, etc., would allow me to place photo info in slots.
So . . .I wrote the various photo credits inside a Text Capsule at the bottom of my hub. No choice.
Having the same problem. I've also noticed that the Quality Assessment Process is taking an exceptionally long time. I submitted a new article early yesterday afternoon and it is still in the pending process. It usually only takes thirty minutes to an hour or so. Traffic updates have been super super slow as well.
I'm wondering if the issue(s) are all connected.
Hmmm....are they on vacation? Because that would make A LOT of sense. Everything just seems slow and backed-up.
I've also wondered if it had something to do with them tackling the recent Google updates? I don't know...I read somewhere that the recent "fred" update has been making up to 3 changes per day in its algorithm
I don't know...
I can't save new photos after I add them. It makes an error.
I've had no problems with inserting image info nor has the approval process taken longer than usual. Perhaps, we Canadians are getting special treatment as compensation for Trump slagging us.
Yes, I had the same problem yesterday but now it's ok.
I had this problem yesterday but it has now been resolved.
To All of My Sweet Followers and Non-Followers:
Last night, very late, I published a hub and when I started to download my photos,
all of the information went off without a hitch!
Thank God and Thank Everyone at HP for taking time to solve this problem.
I mean it.
Hi Kenneth, I am happy mine are working today too. All my scores have gone up too. There must have been a glitch. Thank you HP FROM me too.
sometimes just changing the browser from google chrome to mozilla also and open in mozilla also make hp works properly.

I just tried to correct of couple of photo attributions. When I open the capsule in edit, the photo disappears. It won't let me upload another photo either. The capsule looks strange, no icon to click to upload. Is this possibly because the links are broken and photos are no longer available? I...

When I insert a souce url in the photo capsule, it does not show on the hub. I have only seen two of these, but haven't had time to check my others. Here are two hubs that I know have this problem.http://barbara-kay.hubpages.com/hub/How … g-Pumpkinshttp://barbara-kay.hubpages.com/hub/How...

Recently, when I've upload a photo image, it shows a little X box after it's loaded. Why is that? Is it a glitch or something else? Sometimes when I save it, it shows, while other times, it doesn't load when it saved. Does anyone else experience this problem too?

I know traffic is a problem everywhere it seems; I'm not talking about low traffic, here. We all need to be aware of the HP's photo capsule may be affecting our bounce rates. There is a real problem if you use the photo capsule for anything-- even the intro photo. I'm NOT referring to the images...

Hi everyone,I hate to even ask at this point, but will the people who were having problems with the new photo capsule in Internet Explorer see if the problems have gone away? We just did an update to the site and are crossing our fingers hoping that we've solved the problem this time.Thanks.

What the heck? I just published a new poem, for which I had no pictures of my own.I did a search for public domain images, found one, placed it into a photo capsule, and, to protect myself, put in the source URL.I then saved the edits, and got this message:" This hub is too short to...
