I am the happiest I have ever been in my life and I truly believe none of this would of happened if I were still drinking. Do you think I am right, my wife say yes indeed.

Did you read the 200th hub? All about friends like yourself and yes sI would love to just drive minutes to work . I am going tp look into it denise. 60 miles one way 5-6 days a week is a little too much and linda's job is just as far. You are talking a ton a gas money there. Hi Klara. Sorry about your Heat losing, but I'm sure they'll contend next year as they're still a young team. Besides, this was the Mavericks year, as we both know that this was probably their last shot to win a ring. Besides, as long as the collective bargaining agreement doesn't get drastically cut towards the owner's favor, then I'm sure the Heat will still be able to contend for multiple titles in the future.

Hello sofs, Woke up late today and I feel weird. Half the day is gone, but I really needed to rest. In-laws are visiting a week from today and the house needs major cleaning in those areas you just never get to, like the top of the kitchen counter, fans, etc.
And of course, my music room, which looks like a bomb exploded in there. I haven't seen a musician's home studio organized, ever! I should be allowed, you think!

Other than cleaning how are you doing,. I am doing well Klara. I think the house that I'm selling is going to settlement within a week or two. Thank God. Then, I can move to shore full time > Lin and I can not wait. to be just settled in one place and not jocking 2 homes./ Costs a lot and is a tough job, between bill (utilities) and all expenses for two home

I thought I would have at least one week to catch my breath, but that's not happening. It's a lot of work, not only in my room, but in the backyard. I haven't seen them in 3 years so I want the house to look its best, although we're most likely going to be moving once they leave, by early August or so. We are going to be looking into renting an apartment in Miami Beach. We love the beach and it's about a 40 min. drive from where we are right now. We'll see how it goes.
Two houses is a lot! I can imagine the stress it gives you. You'll get it all done soon enough, and you'll spend the summer wearing flip-flops and working on that tan!

Had a great supper tonight: lime marinaded chicken fajitas. YUM with guac. and refried beans, rice, etc. It really hit the spot.
I had a productive day out in the business world-had a meeting with the H.R. Recruiter who emailed the recruiters at another hospital for me and got me a phone call connection with them.
Say a prayer that something will be positive for a job in 3 weeks. That is my deadline.

We came back in the last period and won!!! We've finished #1 for the season and my son got his first goal of the season (ha ha it's a bit of a joke since he had a game a goal last year) We're into the playoffs next week with his team

Oh I did get your comment and will reply, I haven't had time until now. Sister her hubby daughter son and wifey working in the garage cleaning an throwing out. What a job!!! Next is my finished basement.The work room is packed with my stuff and my parents. My Dad saved everything and I think I take after him. No more saving. I have no room in the new house at shore. I just want it to be clean and simple with no clutter. The only way to do that is to throw everything out!!

I've spent all day in the library rewriting my resume and now it is finished. Took about 5 hrs but I am pleased with it. It's long, though. Longer than what I had hoped, but after 27 yrs as a nurse I have a lot of experience to list.
Anyway, that is a load off my mind, now I will send this off to all of the available places that are in our health system that continues to offer the pension benefit. Not all of the hospitals do...that is part of the difficulty right now in trying to hang onto this.
On top of that-I did get ahold of the psychiatric medical director to ask to use him as a reference and he gave me the ok.
Going to stop now and cook dinner. Have a good day.

@Klara you must post some pics of your garden and enjoy it while it lastsI had tons of zinnias last year, but they reseeded poorly this year and I had to pull them out. So, it's pretty plane back there. I don't want to put all my effort and money into a rented house. It's not worth it. I can't take the plants when we move the an apartment.
Hey I live in an apartment , but I have around 60 pots in all shapes and sizes hanging around so invest in pots and you can take your garden wid you...
Currently I have some colorful asters and zinnias too and lots of begonias and lilies ( different varieties )
I would love to have more space for a garden.. looking around for a house with a small patch to have a garden...That's awesome! Yes, I have a lot of my plants in pots, but it's really hot here in Miami and I must water them everyday. Today, I took my basil and peppermint which are potted, and I planted them with pot and all in the ground so they can retain the moisture. I love my herbs! I cook with them every day!
Fenugreek? I've never heard of that one!
Yes, I have basil, mint, cuban oregano, greek oregano, rosemary, thyme, dill and parsley. But like I said, I have to water them twice a day now in the summer. It's too hot. Fenugreek is a herb and a spice.. we Asians use it a lot
writing a hub on that now.. half way through it .. Will you email it to me when you're done so I can read it tomorrow? I'm interested in learning more about it.
I better go to bed now. I must wake my husband, who's snoring in front of the TV. If I don't, he'll be there at 7AM tomorrow!
