I've been here on HubPages for about 4.5 months now. How old were you when you were finally viewed 10,000 times?
I don't remember, I'd like to say 20 but I'd be lying.
I didn't notice that milestone. When I joined HP wasn't doing the cool milestone recognitions they do now.
Started HubPages-Oct 5, 2009
First 10,000 pageviews-Apr 3, 2009 (almost 6 months)
Hit 20,000 pageviews-June 6, 2009 (2 months later)
Hitting 30,000 pageviews today or tomorrow (only 1 month later)
I hit 30,000 views sometime last night (July 5-6) since I'm at 30,048 this morning, but was at 29,986 when I went to bed.
LOL....I am a numbers/stats person. I have spreadsheets for everything.
From the looks of the responses, the figures are all over the place. There is no set formula. We all write about different things, attract different audiences, and write for different reasons.
Cool. Thanks KCC. I greatly appreciate the information.
That is awesome! Gosh, I am 2 mths in...hoping I will see 10,000 in the next month or two...wish me luck
I reached 10,000 at the end of March, 4 months in to my writing, although I joined before that.
Now 47,000 views.
Sorry, I can't provide an actual answer. My second account hit the mark quicker than the first, though.
Not sure at all how long it took although would guess a coupel of months - may have even been when I got my massive surge in traffic. I have just under 60,000 views at the minute after 5 months with just under 20,000 slideshow views and I hope to get above 60,000 views/20,000 slideshow views within a week.
just hit 35,000 today! I'm not sure when I reached 10,000...can't remember. It also doesn't hurt that I have hundred+ hubs.
Weeell. I've only been here since June 4th or 5th. Actually it's been a whole month plus a few days! I've written 7 hubs and have 572 views total.
I don't remember. I'm still not at 30,000 yet...but getting close.
I don't recall exactly but it seemed to take ages - at least 6 months. However you'll find everything about traffic and earnings at HubPages is kind of exponential - once that ball starts rolling, it just goes faster and faster. I'm about to hit 120,000 page views now.
Congrats on making 10,000 views and more! You guys must be doing something right. I joined 3 weeks ago and I am yet to hit 100 views. Guess I need to up my game.

Is there anyone who gets around 50000 pageviews per day on hubpages?I am curious to know are there hubbers who earn more than 50000 pageviews per day? This is a hypothetical benchmark I have set just to have an idea. I guess there is none.

How long did it take you to get to 10,000 views? It took me 4 months and 3 weeks. Just wondering if that's about average, if there is such a thing.

I've been doing a bit of forwards planning and setting myself some targets for hubpages and my websites. Currently I am getting about 5-600 hubviews per day, but I am aiming to build up to 3000 hubviews per day and to make £600 (around $950) per monnth from it across adsense, amazon and the odd...
