   It is the little things for my wife.  Take out the trash, do the dishes, pluck her eyebrows.  She loves it.  She'd be happy all the time if we could just sit there, hold hands (with her hand on top) and just snuggle for hours a day.

      PLUS that means you have to put the seat UP every single time you have to pee!!!!GASP!!! I know no other man willing to do this. No joke, I really dont. For me, my "sacrifice" I leave the seat up for him. Im really not kidding. I check before I sit, so I dont fall in, and I put the seat back up. Its actaully not that hard.

    I got my husband a clown, J.P. Patches for his 45th birthday party. 
    
    If you're from Seattle, you'll really get this one:  My husband grew up watching J.P. Patches.  J.P. Patches had a local, children's morning program, in fact one of the longest running in the country.  He's something of local hero here in the Pacific Northwest.  When I found out he was available for adult as well as children's parties, well, I knew I had to make that happen.
    
    It was like those Mastercard commercials:
    
    Birthday cake:  $40
    Clown rental:  $500
    Watching your 45 year old husband AND all his bad-ass, long-hair, rock-star buddies turn into little boys again...Priceless.

    Just yesterday, on a whim, I said yes to a quick over night get away.  I usually don't say yes, because of the kids.  We went away for 26 hours and we had a great time!   He is very happy.

    I'm more of a romantic-thoughtful-gift kinda person so I don't usually give big gifts (other than the yearly Christmas vacations).
    
    The last gift I gave to my partner was a bunch of CDs. But not as simple as it sounds.. I selected 70 different love songs (all chosen carefully, reading each song lyric and making sure they all have something special to do with our relationship) and organised a sort of treasure hunt in the house. I personally designed 7 different CD covers and gave them 7 different names which all had to do with our relationship too. And I also designed 7 different cards (I called them hint cards), the size of a business card which contained the hints to find the next clue and gift. It was fun to watch my partner look around the house for the CDs Nothing too glamorous I know, but it too a LOT of thought and a lot of time to put it all together. It's what I'm all about.. I love romance and keeping things fun

    Hi Lgali. A few years ago I got some diamond ear rings for my wife for Christmas. I wanted to really shock her and drilled shallow holes into two pieces of coal and put the studs in and put them wrapped them in a little box real nice. I had told her all she was going to get was a lump of coal. Well you can imagine what she said to that. Christmas day when she opened that little box and saw the coal she threw them at me! All is well now. LOL

    I make him Pecan Pie for his birthday. I wake up early every morning to make him breakfast before he goes to work and pack him a lunch. Its not much, but I do it cuz I love him, and it makes him happy. Sometimes I put a little "love note" in his lucnh when hes not looking.

    the best thing I do for my husband is take care of him when he isn't feeling good. I have bout hiim some things he has wanted like games, a scroll saw, sander, table saw to help get him back into wood working. I leave little notes in his pockets or get him Just because I love you cards.
