How to promote my hubs..... I really want to increase number of people who see them?
You have options below or above the comment section which allows you to "share" your work.... of course you have all the social networking as well as all your followers on hubs and stumble across etc...
I hope this helps .
You have to try number of things..
1. Topic itself should be of general interest. Write the topic in engaging manner. The hub should be helpful and / or entertaining.
2. Post links of the hub on the forums
3. Post links of the hub on some of your other hubs.
4. Put the link on your facebook or twitter profile.
Enjoy new visitors as google and other search engine catch on. If you have a good topic that people search on, then your hub becomes a classic. Enjoy some of my hubs.. which has been visited by over 1 million surfers.
I use Twitter and Tweet new hubs every time I post a new one. I will sometimes re-Tweet it weeks later for people who missed it.
If you don't have a Twitter already, make one for what you write about. If you write about Health, Give your twitter name a catchy name and do small posts about health in between posting your hubs on it. Also follow people with the same interests!
I suppose patience as well? Build up some reputation by contributing in forums. Some fellow hubbers also help to tweet hubs they find useful.
In the past, I joined digg and technorati and used them to promote my blog. However, I am sticking to Hubpages at the moment. Once I am comfortable in hubpages, I will then move to promote my hubs in digg and technorati or some other similar websites that i can find.
I find stumble upon really good as well as putting your links on face book , join in the forum reccommend another hubbers hub etc , give people you meet your links , thats what I do as I am traveling
Read. There are probably hundreds of hubs about traffic for hubs on this site. Read them.
Good sources for link posting are: Shetoldme, Redgage, IMautomator and Traffup, as well as Tweeter and Facebook.
Shetoldme and Redgage also pay you per ppc's and Shetoldme is highly ranked by Google.
IMautomator submits your links to social sites.
Traffup is worth looking into, but there have been some questions regarding how Google might view the site. However, this site has a new program in which you can gain tweeter followers.
get it on high search engine pages. To do that,go create back-links to your hubpage.Go write up some comments on blogs and link your hubpage with archer text ,or use the name/url option and use the keywords that describe your hubpage .Face book it and my space it.In fact,go tell your friends about it and let them spread the word.Don't forget to mention i helped you. This process won't show noticeable results quickly, but it will help over the long run.
just keep on writing very good articles, there is no better way than this in promoting your hub.
make hubs on better topics.I usually write hubs on questions. And then share it on Any social networking sites.I use facebook for this purpose.
