Is there a way that a link at the bottom of a hub, below the comments (or for hubs without comments just at the end of the last capsule), to link to the top of the page. When you come across hubs with a ton of comments, it's frustrating to scroll up the page. Anyway, just a thought.
You can try to use "<a name=...>" tags and reference them as "...#name", but I'm not sure HP text capsule allows it...
Misha is correct.
If you look for the div id near the capsule title in the source code (which will be wrapped in <h2> tags).
So your Rottweiler hub is http://hubpages.com/hub/rottweiler
There's a capsule titled "Rottweiler Appearance"
The hyperlink to take you straight there is http://hubpages.com/hub/rottweiler#mod_678064
So what that means is you could make your own "take me back to the top of the page" link by digging around in the code and finding a div id that's closer to the top, or wherever you like.
You can also press the "home" button on your keyboard. It pops you back up to the top of the page.

We could really use a "Back to top" button. On some hubs it takes forever to scroll back up to the top to get to the black bar where we can change screens. Having a "Back to top" button, or keeping the black bar visible at all times, would be great for saving time.

Is it possible to add a feature to links within text and to the photos to opt to have the link open in a new window? This would allow the reader to stay on the original page.
