What Happens When Your Hubscore Hits 100?

Just curious to know. What should one do when this happens?

Keep writing because it will fall back quickly. That's what always happens to me

There really isn't anything that happens when you hit 100, other than that warm fuzzy feeling. It's nice when it happens, because it seems to reaffirm your skills as a writer, but there isn't anything you need to do. It will, as Shinkicker said, decline rather quickly, so be sure to take a screenshot and keep writing. Personally, I think that HubPages should implement an accolade to mark those who have reached the score in the past. It's something to be proud of, but it's tricky to hold on to.

Enjoy that moment of glory when you see this happen!  Keep on writing and soon the number will increase to 1000.

You get featured on the front pages of hubbers. Usually in the "best hubbers" category. Don't worry about that though because a 100 score doesn't mean you are the best hubber. There are lots of great hubbers who have never hit 100 and many who have who haven't written many great hubs.

You should take a picture of it because it won't stay at 100 for long and enjoy it!smile

Take a screenshot, save it, and wait for a few hours; your score is bound to be back in the 90s before long (unless you're hub elite and spend 15 hours/day writing quality hubs and mingling.)

Congratulate yourself and just keep writing. Unless your overall goal is simply to hit 100, you need to keep putting content out and make your income continue on the upward spiral.

Well, I was going to say bells will ring and the earth will move, but then I read the reality check from Cardisa.  Okay - I guess it's just a fleeting moment of something-or-another.  I will let you know whenever it happens for me!

I agreed with the other hubbers that you should take a picture of it.  Keep it as a proof of your achievement and look at it when you need a spirit lifter. smile

Nothing magical............no sudden riches.....no fame,......you will not suddenly be any different or wise.......when you reach the top, you start the decline.

That hubscore can drop if the writer become inactive writing for hubpages.  So when the Hubscore hits 100, the writer got to continue to perform optimally and keep the quality of content that earned that score.  Maintenance and consistency is important when performing well on Hubpages.  Nothing wrong with being curious.  But there are plenty of opinions available so what you choose to do when the Hubpage score hits 100 is best when consistent with what makes you comfortable to continue to participate.

I hit 100 hubscore with this hub: What is more important hubber score or traffic? http://hillymillydee.hubpages.com/hub/W … or-Traffic

As it was said there's nothing significant to happen if you hit that score for it will go up and down. Actually when my hubscores went down, my hubber score went down too. But I feel happy because the work of my hand is helping new hubbers because they can easily find my hub in the front page.

Our hubscore has nothing to do with our ranking in Googles but the comments, the movement, the traffic and positive feed back has a big impact on how we will rank in Googles. It also shows that our hub is useful.

I was just expecting that my audience for this topic would just be hubbers but it turned out that I have lots of traffic from search engines.
So though it is not something special to hit 100 hubscore, but there are benefits we can get in achieving it. Actually from one of my hubs that reach a high hubscore, someone from the SERP had signed up in my affiliate link.

But my experience maybe true or maybe not to another hubber. Just sharing.
