   I've never in my life been so excited about a penny.  (Well, at least not since I was 4 or 5.)  I just made my first cent on Adsense.  Just had to share with someone who would understand.

   Thanks everybody!  I sort of stumbled across hubpages, just looking for an outlet for writing.  (I have 2 little ones, and have gotten away from it for so long.)  The ads and earnings are a nice little bonus, and make it kind of fun.
   
   You guys are all making it fun too!  When I went in search of a place to get back some mini-mommy writing breaks, I didn't realize I was finding a whole new community/challenge/hobby, etc.
   
   I'm one of those (self proclaimed) nerds that loved school and love learning new things and reading and studying.  So, all the technical stuff in addition to the writing has been added excitement for me.
