Anyone else have this problem?
Si, querida, translated it means (summarised) "your Hub is written in Spanish which isn't allowed, please translate it into English"
but I'm not understanding why Darkside posted it...
This was Not Darkside! This was that little bear that he had chained up in his basement!!
A Cry for Help from Gulliver
He managed to escape today. Though he may be disappointed when he finds himself in Tasmania.
I just tried publishing a hub about ASCII Art. Because there's a lot of... ASCII Art (keyboard characters) the hub system recognises it as not being English. So it thinks it's a foreign language. That's the message it shows when you try and publish.
Here's the English translation they also provide:
This hub does not appear to be written in English, and therefore cannot be published. If you believe that you have received this message in error, please save your hub by clicking on the save unpublished button. Then email us at email@example.com, and be sure to include the title of this hub in your email.
I shall have to wait to hear back from HP HQ.
Well, aren't you just the rule breaker. LOL.
i hope they let you publish it. ascii art is really cool!
Somebody had too much coffee and donuts....
Wait until I start speaking Russian...
I know a little Russian. He's not a nice person. "Don'tSpitOnYa" he always says as he leaves.
My German friend always says "OurFeetertheSame!" as he leaves.
Messed up, I say.
I am surprised some of my spoonerism hubs have been published without any problems. My spell check goes absolutely bonkers. LOL
Good morning Maita. Are you warm? Cold here for sure.
caliente senor, warmer here in Dallas, TX, 39F this am,
zero F, here, and getting colder and windier by the minute.
Caliente, in Spain, refers to feeling hot in a sexual context. Always safer to say 'calor'.
Mexican Spanish is quite possibly different. They have different swear words, I know that for sure:)
I wrote a paragraph of turkey-latin in one of my hubs, and apparently made it through the cyber-Borg-Transliteration Device they have her at HP. I was surprised.
I think it would depend on how much of the textual content is non-English.
My latest hub is 99% non-English. But it's not any other language either. It's ASCII Art.
That is chilly. Well, winter is not officially here yet. Have a great day Maita.
Hey, Darkside, would the "code" capsule work here or is the filter going to tag it as non-english either way?
That was a good test check-up on the little Spanish...I recall...Thanks Darkside...and Maita.

There are tons of hubs on keyword selection and the various tools one could use to make the process easier. But, like most things 'net - they are mostly copies of copies of copies or poorly strewn together theories by intermediate writer-marketers ..So I ask... what was truly masterful, what made...

I have just been awarded my 1 year accolade here on hubpages and I am gong to create a Hub with the best Hubs for new Hubbers. I already have a few in mind but am looking for suggestions. You are welocme to include your own Hubs or Hubs by other Hubbers which have helped you.

Fellow Hubbers: I am in the process of writing a very unique and different Hubpage experiment. Unlike other experiments, my one will not focus on how to monetize, increase adsense or the whole 100 hub a month. This experiment will focus on Hubpages and adsense CTR. I have implemented this...

Anyone doing this? How long does it take to get the contract to view it?

Hi Darkside, Are their two scores 1) Hubscore for the hub and 2) Hubscore for your profile? Or...is your profile score the average of all your hubs? Thanks.

In the last couple of months I've been getting a lot more sun than the average geek as I've been helping a neighbour out with their vineyard (after moving out to the country). So when I saw that a Flagship Hub Topic on "how to make wine" was up for grabs I didn't hesitate in staking my...
