Check this out... You guys gave me some great search words, and  I came across someone that was having the same problem, and used this to make their own invites...

      1. profile image0
lynnechandlerposted 15 years agoin reply to this

The Bounty is with a very young Mel Gibson, Anthony Hopkins, Daniel Day Lewis and some others and Gibson overthrows Hopkins as the Captain.

The Man Who Cried has Christina Ricci as a Jew who escapes Russia and falls in love with a Gypsy played by Mr. Depp in War torn Paris.

Hey Charlie...guess if you count the fact that I was up at 3:30 beating on the wall trying to stop my resident squirrel from scratting then yeah I have too, lol

    How u be today?

  42. profile image0
    ralwusposted 15 years ago

I am doing well thanks. I have had squirrels do that as well. Once we had a flying squirrel that drove me nuts. I thought it was a rat and put poison out for it, I felt bad when I discovered that I had killed the poor thing.

    lynnechandlerposted 15 years ago

We had a little cold snap the last couple of  days and I guess he wanted to get warm, can't really blame him, lol I try to just deal during the winter cause I know that is all they are looking for but last night he just kept scratching and it was right over my head in the alcove of my room.

Anyway, it's warming back up and he'll go out in a few days. Now, that I have had my tea, I better awake and planning my day. Think I'm gonna get Pinky's grocery bag holder made and work on her wipe cases instead of writing.

Hope you have a great day Charlie and the rest of the tribe.

  44. profile image0
    ralwusposted 15 years ago

that scratching is him/her gnawing on your home, or electrical wire. It can be dangerous.

We are adding an addition of a screened in porch this summer and gonna try and seal up all the possible entrances but there isn't any obvious place where they are coming into the attic. We had the exterminator come out. Yeah that was a waste, lol. We've put up traps with no luck. They are crafty little devils and I know they are gnawing on my house just don't know how to get rid of them for good.

Sounds fun Sam come back and write us up a review.

I don't do movie reviews. They remind me to much of book reports. I developed an allergic reaction to them when I was in school.

Not much... I was hoping to chat a little here... blow off some steam... gear up for the rest of my day and what not, but my connection is so slow right now, I might get in one more post before my lunch break is over.

Just stopping by while I get a quick lunch, actually.

I have a hub I want to start, but not sure that I'll have time today.  Lunch break is already 1/2 over, and its one I've done a lot of research for... not just an off-the-cuff number, so it'll take me some time to put together.

ok, that's enuf of that - if I stare at Johnny D too long I start thinking I know him - I start looking for him when I go to town, expecting that he will come up to me at the pharmacy and ask me how I've been!  constantly fantasizing - sigh.

I started a new job that took me away from here and ate up nearly all of my time.  I just quit that job yesterday and am attempting to make up for lost time.  I am wavering on whether to plunge into the world of full time freelance.
    How are you Mega?

    1. mega1 profile image79
mega1posted 15 years agoin reply to this

full time freelance?  you are braver than me, my friend!  but then I have no experience with it and wouldn't know where to begin. When I started hubbing I thought somehow it would lead to some fabulous opportunity, but no.

I just published a hub - it takes me days of hopping around the forums being silly and then someone takes pity and offers me suggestions (sometimes unknowingly) and then I get excited and have to write it and now, as the cycle goes, I experience the let-down and the self-doubt that plagues me, thinking it is just nonsense and balderdash and stuff that I write and no one will read - and on and on.  well, you asked!  lol

      1. ThoughtfulSpot profile image74
ThoughtfulSpotposted 15 years agoin reply to this

        lol
The world needs a little balderdash now and then.
        lol

I sometimes think self doubt goes hand in hand with any creative process.  Somehow attached to what pushes us to be better artists.  Ahh well, enough introspection for now.

Dave's back, lets invite the zombies to a "Welcome Home" party.

I've made a big batch of chocolate cookies for the (which color blood is alright again?)  But, now I have to run.  I'll try to stop back later and see if the party has gotten into full swing.
