   And, also celebrate a bit.  I have a hub that suprised me nicely today.  I checked stats earlier, and it had 47 views in 1 day!  Its the only one on that kind of bent, and its my Prom Dress hub, so I know its days are numbered, but it was still cool to see.  Now, if someone would just [i]buy[i/] a dam* dress from the hub...   Anyway, I know a lot of hubbers do way better than that, but I've NEVER seen that kind of traffic in a day, so

       That's o.k. Susan... Thanks.  He was pretty active in this thread in the beginning, and on HP in general.  I posted a separate thread and got my answer.
       
       Not the one I was hoping for, but an answer none-the-less.  Looks like he's closed up shop and left HP.  I'll miss him.  He was one of the first to really make me feel welcome here.

       Hey Lynne-I wanted to tell you that even though you've been kind enough and concerned enough to warn me about Chantix, I have been taking it for 12 days now.  I'm under the care of a therapist and my entire family-including me-is watching me like a hawk!
       It's working, too.  This is my 7th day as a non-smoker, and the only side-effect is a little heartburn when I wake up.  Maybe I'm one of the lucky ones, I don't know.  It's really helping lessen the 'urges.'
       But I want to thank you again for warning me.
       I had to quit and had to try it with support.

    Glad to hear its working for you. Just take care and keep watching to make sure nothing goes wrong. I'm actually finding water to be the biggest help here. I'm not smoke free yet but have cut back a great deal and now the smell is offending me so don't think it will be long before they are gone completely.

    I need to do the kitchen too, been seriously slacking in the cleaning dept here lately. And yeah ewww on the laundry, if I didn't have to haul it all back upstairs it might get done faster, lol.
    
    I've got some freelance work to do as well and couple of handwritten hubs I need to post but I just ain't feeling it today. I'll get it done but it might be midnight at this rate.

    Got all the clean clothes put up and the first load started, took out the trash and threw away all the crap mail. Making a little progress, not much but a little. Got to find something to eat though blood sugar is acting up.

    Lynne - know the feeling.  I have so much to do.  My eldest's birthday is coming up, and we're having the family over for dinner this Sunday.  I'll be at work all week (starting Wednesday) and Saturday, so I really NEED to do dishes, laundry, floors,etc.  Plus, plan menu for dinner and stuff, but it just looks beautfiful outside, and I don't want to do any of it.

    Just dropping in for a mo to say hi and tell you what I've been doing -
    
    I've been helping my great buddy who has just become a hubber with his first hub about his time in Vietnam - and it has been a great experience for me and very proud of him.  Want to recommend to all you tribers his first hub - he is NamVetRich and his first hub is called "Letters from Vietnam - 1968-1969"  read it please, and give him your kind comments - he is only now revisiting those days and writing about it = after 40 years!  He is going to do a series of these hubs and you may want to follow him and read them all.  plus other things he will write about!  My first protege!
    
    Anyhow - that's why I haven't been writing my own stuff much or playing in the forums lately - and now I am inspired to do some more of my own stuff too!

    I was over there yapping about "trolls" and people deserting the forums and also HP - but I need to stop thinking about that and so here I am!  It's going to rain tonight - the frogs are singing and singing - they have different calls and sometimes sound very very excited - they want to mate so badly!  There's a toad, I've seen, who lives outside my window and is really very funny - sometimes he does this kind of "trill" that sounds like he is really trying to impress his lady with his vocal skills! toad-love.  :
