    @glassSpider

    im doing okay i guess.  just got done writing one of the hardest hubs I ever had to write, but now I'm glad it's over.  lol.  anyway, i'm doing pretty good.  how are you doing?

    @hmrjmr1

    im doing pretty good.  thanks.  lol.  yeah, i think i could use a beer if you got any.  lol  thanks.

    @dave272727

    wow, that's great dave.  i just hope spider-man isn't play by robert pattinson or taylor lautner as i've been reading rumors about it earlier today.  lol  that's great then. i'm bit surprised sony found a new cast so soon though.

      I had a pretty good day today, Steve...What was so difficult about your Hub?

      1. profile image0
        Stevennix2001posted 15 years agoin reply to this

        well, you remember how i told you i was thinking about expanding my hubs into other topics beyond films?  well my sister in law suggested since i was laid off about a year ago, that i should write about my life since I got laid off.  saying that since people are getting laid off left and right these days, she said people might be able to relate to that.  so it was hard for me to write because i didn't know how to start or how much to put in.  or for that matter, how much did i feel comfortable leaving in.  however, after working on it for about 3 to 4 weeks, i'm happy with it now.  it was just hard to write since it's a hub about me and not about some movie like i usually do.

          Wow, Steve, that's pretty cool. That takes a lot of guts. I'm really glad you're happy with it. Have you published it?

    Its a rumor of course.  I sincerely hope that they don't get one of those "jackasses" to play Spiderman.  I would refuse to watch it then.

      Stevennix2001posted 15 years agoin reply to this

      lol  as would i.  I would just boycott the whole film if they did that.  have they said who the new director is, or is that going to be announced next week too?

      1. TheGlassSpider profile image69

    yeah glassSpider, i was telling dave the other day, that sony has decided to officially reboot the entire spiderman franchise with a new cast and director.  apparently raimi wanted to use the vulture as the villain for the next film, that sony didn't like, so it caused a lot of script problems and delays to where they fired him.  now they're going in a new direction with it.

            yeah, i really liked the series too.  sure, the 3rd movie was bad, but it wasn't so bad to where a great sequel wouldn't be able to fix it though.

        I am okay. It's been a quiet day, and I got good work done...and even got another freelance project in. It might be a good month, financially speaking. I hope things can remain peaceful in the house, like they did today. I got to listen to some music today, and that was nice.

        Stevennix2001posted 15 years agoin reply to this

        its plain and simple money.  sony saw how much money batman made with batman begins and dark knight, so now they probably figure they can do the same with a reboot of spiderman.

    whats that book about?

    1. TheGlassSpider profile image69

      Well, it's actually seven books. It's about Roland (my FAVORITE fictional character in the history of literature), the last gunslinger and his epic quest to save the universe. It's King's magnum opus.
