    Hi Hubbers,

I'd like some help with passing the Quality Assessment Process. Will you please give feedback on my article Which Is the Best Antivirus Protection Software in the Market. What can I do to improve? Thanks!

Miebakagh, first, I think you have a good article here. However, you need to fix several issues to get it passed. Before I mention some of them, what kind of word processing software do you have? Do you have Microsoft Word? If so, then the dozens of green squiggly lines that appear in your text means there are grammatical errors. Simply shade over those sentences and right click- the message will tell you what the problem is. Whatever word processor you use, it likely has a grammar checker built-in.

Now, let’s get down to business. Your title needs a question mark. You have to choose one- antivirus or anti-virus. Your article uses two forms, antivirus and anti virus. Choose one, but if you choose the latter, it needs a hyphen.

This sentence: “Antivirus software’s are constantly being updated by the various vendors,”
sounds better like this, “Various vendors are constantly updating antivirus software.”

Here’s another, “By the same browser, malicious software and codes are download unknown to you. These install themselves without your permission.” This may sound better like this, “By the same browser, malicious software and codes imperceptibly infiltrate your system.”

I’m afraid that’s all I can help you with now, because I’ve gotta go. The main advice I can give is get a decent word processor, because you can clean up many mistakes, such as use of the passive voice.

Hello Bede, I use Microsoft Word 2013. And the grammar checker I use is Grammarly.
I thinkthewayIuse the words antivirus, anti-virus, anti virus for the search engine. Because online visitors used a variety of search terms, including av, anti v and so on.
Okay, Ido not realize I use a passive voice. I have taken note and will use the active voice sentences throughout in my hubs where necessary.
Many thanks for commenting; and thanks also for stopping by.

Microsoft Word has a grammar checker built-in. Don't you notice those green or red lines in your text? It's a cinch to fix those sentences as I described.

Hi Bede, okay. But the red lines I right click do not at times make things right. And, some words are not native to the system. Will look for better alternates. Thanks again.
