This morning, my stats show that I have just over 990,000 views. At this rate, I should have 1,000,000 in less than two weeks. It seems like it has taken forever, but I think that's actually not bad considering I have fewer than 60 published hubs.
Well done. Hopefully the next million will take a little less time!? Onward and upward with more fresh articles.
Everyone says the second million is faster. I sure hope so.
That is excellent, Sherry, especially with only 60 hubs. It took me almost that long to get my first million, and it was such a good feeling! Since then the page view rate seems to have increased significantly as I'm going to hit 3,400,000 by the end of today. I noticed the same trend after I hit my first 10,000. However, I have 155 articles right now, so if you compare your progress to mine, I'd say you're doing really well. Keep up the good work!
That's awesome! I know how hard you have worked for this.
Simply fantastic. I wonder how you did it and love to hear any secret from you. great!
I think the best advice I can give is, just keep at it. Pay attention to what works and what doesn't and focus on what works. I still post stuff that I think is great that just languishes at the bottom, and stuff I just dash off that soars.
Just keep swimming!
Mr. Madan, I was just looking over some of your interesting ideas on Indian politics. You should easily be able to reach that goal but only if you improve your work and have as many of them moved to niche sites where you have better readership. You need to improve the titles, make all titles and subtitles follow the APA style, and edit to make sure that each article answers any reader questions about the title.
When you have finished one article, look at the niche site you want to submit it to, see if your article is adequate for that site, then submit it to the HP team. They will evaluate it, one every 15 days, and tell you what needs to be improved.
Best of luck.
Congrats Sherry. Soon your profile will decorated with 1M Accolade!!!
The Nice part is, you achieved that with 60 Articles.
With eighty one article, I am nearing 200K. You are awesome.
Great and congratulations. Soon it will be 1 and all zeroes.
I have not seen 100 so far anywhere.
This is impressive news. Congratulations!
Hi Sherry,
I would love to congratulate you on this amazing feat.
Thanks everyone. I feel a little silly posting about this, it's just a number after all. I know that as soon as all of those zeros turn into other numbers, I will be looking forward to the next milestone. So, this right here, the anticipation, is the best part.
Thanks everybody. All of you who are working toward a goal, keep at it. Persistence is key.
I thought I'd give an update. I has been five days since I posted this. This morning I am at 994,660. It still feels like it's taking forever. Maybe I posted this too soon, but I wanted to share my anticipation instead of waiting until it's a done deal.
I will let you know when I get there.
Finally! I am there. Things really slowed down, and it took the full two weeks, but this morning I am at 1,000,188.
That is one million people who will never be quite the same again, lol.
Woohoo!!! Congratulations, Sherry, so happy for you finally hitting the million milestone! I'm on your heels, maybe a few more weeks? We'll see.
That's exciting that you are also about to hit one million views.
Thank you CMHypno and everyone who has offered their congratulations.

I just hit 500,000 views, up from 100,000 on October 30, 2013. (CPM is looking sad, though.)

I usually don't post milestones in the forum, but wanted to share this one with you. Hopefully it will encourage others.I reached 100,000 views sometime in Sept or Oct., 2011 Yesterday or very early this morning I reached 200,000 views - I have 58 hubs.I was amazed to see how many views...

A long awaited moment - the 10,000 view mark is broken today. It broke hard, too, with at least an extra 100 views. A good day!

I have reached 700,000 views. My goal is 1 million. I've been asked how it's possible to reach a number like this. I try to write evergreen topics and work hard to make my hub offer information, resources and photos that are missing in competitive articles and posts. Thanks to all of you who...

People used to boast about success in the hubbers hangout - By the way, I strongly disapprove of showing off in the forums.Anyway, I just noticed I have 1,004,033 views (but my accolade still says 100,000). Perhaps I should post this a fault? I guess it just takes time for the system to...
