      There are two main issues: in the main article it seems as though you are promoting a business, which is not permitted.
      
      In your comment, you contradict the preceding article, thus rendering it useless.
      
      Abandon this one because it will never be approved. Find another topic

      You misunderstand. No amount of edits will get that through QAP. The topic is unsuitable.
      
      Delete it. Start again with a different topic. One that doesn't involve mentioning a company or a promotion.

      I agree with theraggededge. I don’t think I’ve ever told someone to give up on an article before, but it’s my advice in this case. In the article, you are promoting a business. If people don’t read your comment under the article, they will be misled by what you have written and think that it’s worth using the survey site. If they do read your comment, they may feel that it was a waste of time reading your article. As theraggededge says, your comment invalidates the article.
      
      The link to your own site about making money is also a problem.

   The article was created 12 years ago. I think he is a returner. Your article is personal. Please read the articles of the other authors, see the titles and you'll know how HP works.

   Yes, article is 12 years old and actually fairly typical of some of the material that was around back then. As others have said, it's not savable.
