      I agree with Ruper Taylor. But if you can rewrite the article in another words, it can be accept.                                    Alternatvely, remove or deleted the copy on the blog, and pulish it Hubpages. Thereafter you publish same again on the blog.                                                     The rule is original first publish on HubPages. Then copy and publish on another website or blog.           Glad that you did compiled. Much thanks.                                                 Seriously, it all depends on the content(and of course hubpages' is a content website) after Google.                                                                         The others are grammartical structure, mechanical accuracy, including punctuation, spelling, and paragraphe.                                 Besides, all your articles should always have a summary at the beginning, a brief and relevant introduction, a conclusion and a reference.                                     More seriously, you have to spent some hours daily in the ever Learning Center for over a month as a (newbie?) and regularly too to master the BASIC tricks.                                   Much thanks again.
