Hi its me again, needing some advice. I read several interesting articles here and wanting to leave a comment, its just that I don't see a section where I can leave one. Some articles I read already have comments in it so I don't think that authors wouldn't want another comment in their articles. Can anyone tell me if I'm missing out something? Anyways, I am logged in to my hubpages account so I guess that is not the issue.
Hi Aisha,
You can only make comments if the article appears in your feed
See this thread

Hope it will help
Blessings
Thanks Misbah, I will check this thread and see if it works for me.
Comments were disabled when HP adopted Maven's platform. It has been a hell-raiser for those of us who want to and look for comments. In fact, three of us, me included, have written articles voicing our discontent (nice word). As a result of many HP writers speaking up, by way of commenting on those articles and in forums, the HP team has assured us that comments will be returned by the end of this month.
In the meantime, comment thru your feed (if you can find the article to which you want to leave your feedback). It's a laborious process. We're looking forward to having the ease of commenting returned to us.
You're welcome. HP has 3 days to live up to their promise. Let's see what happens!
Shauna, Thanks for the information. I am excited
May the long awaited comment button be restore. Thanks.
I am waiting, fingers crossed. If they are going to keep their word they are leaving us hanging until the last minute.
Hey there, when a new article is publish, and for you to see it on your feed, you must be neccessarily following that or those authors. Within minutes or some hours, you can comment on the article. That's as long as it remain on the hubpages' site. Should it be moved to hubpages.discover.com or the niche sites, you absolutely lose commenting. Your first comment on any writer's article you captured on your feed before it move to discover or the niches will open a back door for you to easily keep commenting. I also agree with brave warrior that comment button will return soon.
Thanks for this advise and yes Im also waiting for the promised update. Awesome day everyone.
Wonderlyn, you're welcome. Enjoy the day and keep safe.
Anil, welcome. Click HELP on you feed settings. That will take you to our great learning center. Spent 2 hours there daily for over a month. Learn the writing skill hubpages wants you to. Much thanks.
Welcome to HP, its true that it is helpful to browse and read through some helpful forums and articles to better understand and get a hold of how the platform works but in case there is a specific information that you are having a hard time to find, the community is very approachable and helpful.
Anil, I just finished eatng my main break at 10:30 Nigeria time. Why d'you make me laugh? Thanks anyway. It'll help my digestion. Spent sometime in the learning center and you'll get the right thing done. How is Mr. Bean? Thanks.
