I haven't checked my stats page in a long time. I planned to work on a hub today when I noticed two drafts that I don't remember ever creating. I'm not sure what that is, and the updated dates on that hubs are so weird, I mean '1969'. Come on, HubPages, are you freaking kidding me? I wasn't even in the world back then. Lol! Has anyone ever had such an experience? Is my account hacked or something? Or maybe it's a glitch? Any idea? I don't remember if I have ever created those drafts. They are just titles. No text or images at all.

However, the dates on the stats page are different.

    Thank you!

That’s disturbing. You’ve probably already thought of this, but I would change your password and alert the HP staff.

Thanks, Andrea. I emailed the Team, but this is strange and frustrating. I am going to reset the password now.
        Blessings to you!

This is a very strange situation. I think SerenityHalo has raised some good points and that you should follow her advice, Misbah.

Linda, I changed the password now, but I didn't make any changes before posting it in the forums and sending an email to the team because I wanted the team to review it first. But, after reading Andrea's and your suggestions, I believe it is best to reset the password before any further problems occur.
        Thanks a lot! Sending Blessings

The 1969 date is a known issue and doesn't negatively impact anything. When you make edits the date should update.

Thank you so much, Matt, for your kind response to my email and forum post. I always appreciate your help and support. Much Gratitude!

PS: To calm my wandering mind, I changed my password and will delete those drafts.

        Best wishes! smile

Was that a sentence that you were going to post in another hub or on the forums?

I am wondering if you tried to post that as a forum comment or as a sentence in one of your posts, and it turned it into a new hub title instead.  A fluke of the system.

Excellent point, Barbara. It was most likely a technical error. The team has looked into my account and found nothing unusual. I also thoroughly checked my account and found no other issues. . .

But I've changed my password and  deleted those drafts to put my fears to rest. smile

Best wishes and Blessings to you!!

Hi miss misbah786. The other day, I found in my settings for outgoing texting with other writers; a writer that it was saying. She has 11 years writing with hubpages, and also, she had a big start showing. I decided to check her work. I found out the writer is being writing for hub pages only three years. Some people have an excellent skill with computers.  They can do miracles. We better pay attention of what it is going on.

    That's strange Misbah.

Are you sure you're not writing in your sleep...as per dates on last one in June ?

Better to be safe and alert HP...1969 is a bit strange.  But it seems it isn't published....it's like it's waiting to be finished.

Bredz, I never created those drafts…. They are merely titles with no content, images, or anything else.

Yes, Bredz. I remembered the poem about the time machine. I recall you enjoying it a lot....If it had existed, I would have traveled the time to see some loved ones....

        Unfortunately, it does not exist....

Only dreams and death, I believe, have the ability to reunite us with loved ones. smile

That one with the 1969 date is quite eerie. So are two drafts with the same name and both titles in lower case, which I am sure you wouldn't do.
It does sound like your account has been hacked and someone is sending you a message.
I will be interested to read any reply you get from HubPages.

I think it's happened before if I remember correctly.  Some years ago. They fixed it pretty quickly. I don't think you've been hacked or anything, it's just a technical glitch.

Edit, now I think about it, it could have been at Squidoo. 1969 is some kind of default reset date.

No idea on the drafts. I just remember those weird dates showing up a few years back, and then they were fixed later.
