My Poem is shared with a Congregation ~ "Walking with God"

   I had no idea until recently that a church in Lake Forest, Illinois shared my work with their congregation.

   That is wonderful, Brenda. The poem must have struck a chord with the parishioner and the church. I have received a few emails from church pastors etc asking if they could share various poems I wrote on HubPages with their Sunday School or congregation. It is an honour.

      It was a poem I particularly liked " Walking With God" which talks about a person who doesn't make it to the temple or church to pray.

    For a minister to share the poem with his congregation, there must have been something in the poem that resonated with the Bible.

       I appreciate your kindness & thinking about me on this upcoming Thanksgiving.
       
       It's proving to be a challenging week & I pray next week gets better.
       
       Today there was a water main break, so now were under a boil advisory for 3 days.
       
       With the upcoming weather...I don't look for this road closure to end any time soon & I'm not looking forward to walking out back on the ice and snow.
       
       Have a Great Thanksgiving...
       I'll try to get to grocery this week.
