Video Capsule Not Working

    Hey everybody,

    I noticed that the video capsule is not working. Nothing happens when I paste the video's URL in the capsule and click the preview video button. It correctly renders the video key and the correct video type (in my case, YouTube) information, but under is just a white screen.

    When I save the capsule, the pasted URL saves, but the video isn't visible.

      I had the same problem. Try emailing the team and ask to look into this.

      I found that when I edit a hub the video previews are not showing, and neither do they when you go to hubview. However, once you publish the hub you should be able to see the video thumbnails.

    Same happened to me. The videos did show up when my article got featured, though.

    I had a similar experience. But as Matt, above said a 'fix' is in progress. Hope it solves the challenge.

    I am trying to embed a short, I am uncertain if this is related to same problem, but if it is something different, it would be really nice to embed shorts.

    Problems take time to solve. If a miracle is needed, its out of hubpages sphere.
