Tomorrow marks the first email newsletter in which we're using a new email delivery service. I know that many of you have wanted to get the newsletter, but haven't, so please follow these instructions ASAP so that you get tomorrow's, and subsequent, newsletters without fail.
1) Double-check that you've chosen to receive emails from HubPages. Go to your profile page and make sure "Allow HubPages to contact you?" is checked. If it is unchecked, you will not receive the newsletter.
2) Safelist email@example.com. Please follow the instructions here:
There are instructions for Google/Gmail, Yahoo, Hotmail/Live, Outlook, AOL, Earthlink and Verizon. There are also instructions for the most popular anti-spam softwares.
If your ISP/email client is not listed there, please add firstname.lastname@example.org as a contact in your email program.
3) If you don't receive the newsletter tomorrow even though you followed steps 1 & 2 today, please email us with the subject "HubPages newsletter" and we'll see if we can help you out.
The newsletter tomorrow will follow a familiar format, but we will be expanding the stats section over the coming weeks, to provide richer data on how your Hubs on doing. Stay tuned!

I'm glad I checked my profile, somehow the option to allow HP to email you was unclicked. I assume that's why I only occassionally get newsletters. I don't remember unclicking it though. :-\
Has this week's newsletter gone out today? If it has, I didn't get it and I got it fine last week once I switched to my GMail. Anyone know? I just can't wait!
It hasn't gone out yet, but it should be on its way in the next hour or so.
Please double-check your spam folder, and if it did get trapped there, please mark it as from a trusted sender. Otherwise, your ISP will continue to send it toyour junk mail folder, or not bother delivering it to you at all.
OK - I will look there. No reason why it shouldn't have been delivered....
Strange, but this is the first newsletter I have not received. Not in spam folder either.

I didn't get the News letter either, Boo Hoo!, I just checked my Profile and the box has been unchecked, "I didn't do it as" bart simpson was once famous for saying.......jimmy
Our old newsletter provider gave us a list of everyone that had ever clicked the unsubscribe link in one of our previous mailings. In order to honor those wishes we unchecked the box for everyone on that list. It is possible that you may have made it on to that list by their error, or by accident.
At any rate, just check the box again and you should get the next newsletter.
Paul, I have never missed a newsletter to date, is there any chance that you could either publish it as a hub or resend it, please I am on my knees here begging lol.....jimmy
Found mine when I got up this morning. Guess I just left the net too early last night! LOL.
I didn't recieve the newsletter... So now that I've rechecked to allow HubPages to contact me (did it the other day again, as I don't remember ever unchecking it), I'm looking at the instructions to safe list.
I see the instructions for safe listing the newsletter, but I'm not seeing the Add link to right of the Contacts entry in the left navigation column. My Contacts tab is not on the left, it's above the inbox and above the left toolbar.
The only thing I could think of was to add the email as a contact, but I don't think that will help anything.
Oh, and I use yahoo.
Edit: I had to change my Yahoo account layout to the new layout versus the old one.
Peter, Jimmy & Whitney - I will try to resend the newsletter to you. You were indeed not included in the send list. Please check your email settings on your account settings page to make sure the first checkbox (Allow HubPages to contact you) is *checked*:
Update: OK - I just sent it to you 3! If you don't receive it in the next hour or so, please make sure it didn't get stuck in your Junk Mail folder. And all 3 must have changed your email settings because all 3 appeared in the query this time for the newsletter delivery. Thanks!
Stephhicks68: I'm showing that the newsletter was sent to you. If you didn't get it, it is probably stuck in your junk mail folder. Please mark us as a Trusted Sender. If you didn't get it in your junk mail folder either, then I'd contact your mail administrator and make sure that hubpages.com mail doesn't get scrubbed again.

I haven't gotten the newsletter still... and I've followed all the directions to receive it.
We got an error message from the attempt last week from your email provider:
"(Your email address) IS NOT ACCEPTING MAIL FROM THIS SENDER"
This means that you probably somehow added us to your spam list (for shame!)
I'd contact your email provider and ask them to make sure emails from us are routed to you. Then contact us by email and ask us to manually add you to the recipient list.
Ok I guess you guys were somehow added to my block list... I don't remember doing it but I have removed you guys. So I should be able to receive the newsletter now... hopefully

Hi Paul or Jason, I just have to ask. Is the HP newsletter the one with updates and featured hubber of the week? I'm curious since I read some of the hubbers saying they never got any newsletter. I have received mine (if this is one and the same) since I signed up.
I got my second one. Yay!
Though if we could also have weekly stats and not just the stats in total that would be great.
