      Yes, for good and lesser reasons. Some make good networking partners and even friends, others wish to be "hangers on" and expect to gain more Internet traffic by attaching to high-scorers. Some "100" people are getting a lot of the Nigerian-spam letters. When I'm at 100, I tend to get requests to purchase things.

   Well I havent gotten there yet, but I assume it is because people think you must be good if you could accomplish such a high score  or because if you search for hubers the higher score the closer to the top of the list you are and more people see you... anyways... You deserve the high score and the additional fans!

   haven't reached a hubber score of 100 yet, the closest I got was 99 for a day...   but that was nice. to see a 100 must be nice to see!

   I haven't noticed that, but I'm not usually at 100 long enough to notice anything either.    It might be a day or so (two maybe), but there's only so much online time that happens in any one day.  It does seem to me, though, that followers seems to be a mostly slow and steady thing. They just seem, to me, to have dribbled in a little at a time, no matter what I do or don't do.

    My Hubscore hit 100 when I posted a lot in the forums for a week or so (it was too hot to go anywhere that week). I think I probably upset too many people in the forums to attract many followers. So it sort of balances out.

    Never reached 100 - highest I've ever been is 94, but am all excited today because one of my hubs reached 97 which is a personal best for me, though last time I looked it had fallen back to 96.

    When I see one of those 100's I have the image of Atlas holding up the heavens on his shoulder... must be some weight to carry!
    
    Mercifully, the highest I've hit is 98... I breathe better when it hovers around a middle 95 though....not too high nor too low!

    While on the hunt for the 100 hub score, I am also in search of the perfect 100 proof scotch. I believe the trek for the scotch will be more successful since the elusive “hubber” score consists of indefinable components that no one understands and/or seems to attain only by accident or divine staff intervention.
    
    Perhaps we should form a lobby.
