Welcome to HubPages! Let us know if you need any help
Yeah i want hundreds and thousands followers too, LMFAO!!!!!!!!!!
So good luck to you, i doubt if i can achieve that any time soon...........
Hi Tranita, welcome to Hubpages
First tip I'd suggest is turn off your caps lock in the forums. That is considered 'shouting' and is not good etiquette!
That having been said, just write loads of hubs about what you know about - try to make each at least 500-600 words long with good content, and you should be fine
Tranita,
Welcome to HubPages! Many of us have been here for sometime but anyone of us would be happy to answer any questions you may have. It is about getting involved with the community, writing, and getting to know others. Patience and perserverance and they will come! I wish you all of the best!
Hi and welcome to HP. You might want to read this over for some ideas and getting familiar with HP. http://learningcenter.hubpages.com/
Have fun and enjoy yourself.
welcome to hubpages! i'm sure you will learn your way around soon enough but be careful because yes it is very addicting.
Welcome to hubpages!
The trick is to write, read, comment, ask questions, answer questions, post on the forums, and be careful in the Politics & Religion threads!
Welcome to hubpages. While having a lot of followers is cool they won't earn you any money. The money traffic comes from the search engines. With that said I have wrote a hub on getting followers on hubpages you should find helpful.
Welcome to the community! There are many talented writers here with as many topics to choose from. In the forums, you will learn some tricks, whether it be for making more money or how to improve one's writing. Mostly, you'll make many new friends. Having patience and writing quality articles are the keys. And, ask questions! Have fun!
Welcome and good luck! Don't take things too seriously in the forums, try to make as many friends cause you never know who might help you.
Have fun.
Write about your passions!
Greetings & Salutations- Welcome to Hubpages! My tips/advice is-write what moves you-follow some who inspire you- leave comments (but keep it clean & don't be rude),have fun & be yourself. As for writing advice-dont make your hubs too long, and add a few pics for visual appeal to draw in readers. Other than that... Write, Write, Write!!
Hi, Tranita. Welcome.
I think, maybe, one of the important things to know is that the title you create makes a big difference in whether your Hub is likely to get much traffic or not.
Another thing to keep in mind is that it can take a little while before earnings start to pick up.
Other than that, as others have said, just aim to create some good Hubs (on whatever strikes you).
Lol, welcome.
I was going to say does this mean lunch? ...
It sounded funny when I thought it.
Hi Guys.
Im a newbie and trying to get the hang of hubpages. I have a quick question for anyone that knows anything about how to improve my score on hubpages. What does my score have to do with anything?
If your author hubscore goes under 75, your hublinks become nofollow, so it's in your own interest to strive to get and keep your author score above that. Other than that, I don't think it matters what your hubscore is at all.
thanks. i was wondering what that number meant. Mine is dong good i guess. it's steadily moving up.
Well, why don't we start at 75 then? I started at 50. You'd think we'd all start at 75, as a sort of benefit of the doubt type deal, and then either strive to prove ourselves worthy or watch it all slip away...
Oh well.
I am new here, as of about 1 hour ago, and I just posted my first hub. I hope to stick around and continue to post hubs in my given area (atheism).
So, hi, all
Tranita: Welcome aboard! I absolutely love your name. Feel free to express yourself here.
Hi, welcome to hub pages. You will find a lot of support here. Just follow all the good advice, such as write about things you enjoy writing about, find a good niche, and learn the skills such as backlinking. Make friends and enjoy your time.
Welcome to HubPages Tranita. If you have any questions, just ask. There are many helpful folks here in the forums, who'd be glad to help you out. As for the followers, they'd come along as you write

I often see posts from longtime Hubbers that express frustration with new Hubbers. Aside from reading the FAQs and other learning tools, what would be your ideal new Hubber? What do you expect from us? Thanks!

Is HubPages trying to discourage its writers and get them to quit writing?Every time I publish a hub my Hubber score goes down then it goes up by 1-2 points and then down by 1-2 points. Then when I am not on here for a day or two it goes down by more than 2 points. This is very...

Joined a few days ago, still reading through the learning centre, hubs about how to hub, what to hub, when to hub. My mum said I better. Now I'm saying hello. Ma said I better do that too. And no, I'm not a mummy's boy. I just like that she feeds me when I turn up randomly at her house. Better I...
