   I crossed the AdSense $100 mark today! As I started here at HubPages last year in mid-June I made the payout threshold in just under 12 months. Hopefully everything goes well.

      Nice one!  I stand a *chance* of making payout at the end of this month (with a following wind) but realistically it's probably going to be the end of July rather than June so it would be 11 months for me as well (or 11 Hub Pages months anyway, which seem to be a bit shorter than real months LOL).

   I'd say 2/3's of the $100 came in the past 3 months.
   
   And when does Google do their payout? Is it 15 days after the end of the month?

      A lot of people find that their earnings start to pick up speed at around eight or nine months (not always, but often), so it seems you're yet another one of those people.
      
      Google has a schedule on their site.  (I forget which page, but I think it may be the same page as the "payment history" page - not sure.) 
      
      When anyone is paid depends on how they get paid (some get paid by "conventional mail"; others get direct deposit).  As far as I know, the earliest is around the 25/26th of the month that follows the month in which you reached the $100.  Weekends and holidays can mean they shift (give or take a day).  They tell people they should expect a payment by the end of the month.
