Ever thought about having a different name (in real life) ?
If you could change it what would it be?
I think if I had to change my name, I would change it to Julia. Just because I get called that so much. My name is Julie.
In America if you are 18 years of age, you can change your name. So it isn't about whether or not I could, it is whether or not I would. I thought about it once to just piss my mom off, but........., since I got called Julia so much anyways, I decided to save my cash.
Cool, I like Julia it's got such a nice feel to it as you say it. So Julia it is.
Yeah, Julia, Julie, Judy....., elderly people get it mixed up all the time. My dear father-in-law is one such elderly person who cannot keep my name straight. It's comical.
LMAO, How'd you guess, I'd tell you what I'd change mine to but I already did... change it I mean.
Katie is your new name? What was your old name?
Your name always makes me smile coz I have a sister in law called Katie Marie and she looks nothing like your pic
what is ROFLMAO? I have seen people using LMAO.........etc. words very often. I don't find in dictionary.I am not that good in English.
Growing up, I always wanted to change my name to Samantha. I thought my real name was boring... but now I like it.
Samantha is nice but now you have me wondering what your real name is... Oh I didn't think about this happening... tell us your real names folks if you dare
I wold take a too long and meaningless name. something like xaziximenipostricrulitantimongtapolciqitiwerlectomenboqueelpequre.
I wouldn't change my name. I happen to like it and people tell me I look like a Klara. I'm not sure if that's a good thing...
Klara, is a beautiful name, I like it very much
i did change my first name legally about 4 years ago. I didn't like my birth name and never did. It never felt like it belonged to me. So after years of being unhappy with it i changed it. Interestingly enough the most common comment i get when i tell people i had it changed is that my new name suits me better. So my thoughts are if you really want to change your name, DO IT! lvh hubpages > writinginalaska
Or what about "a wop a poloopa a wop bam boom tuitty fruity"
I could just imagine some 50's dancers jiving to that name!
I'd change my name to....Rafini!! JK But, seriously, Rafini!
I don't think I'd change my name...at this point my real name seems to suit me. When I was young I wanted to change it to Susie Q, or Penny. Don't recall why...oh yeah! Cuz my name is soooo common!!
I've always fancied Smurgly Mirgafreud myself.
Snidely Whipsnade is already taken by a cartoon character.

Hello,I'll give you a little background to the story here. I write on hubpages under the alias of Joe Macho. It was the first thing to pop in my head, and I find it more comfortable to write under this name than my real one. My problem now, is that I was contacted by another hubber and asked...

Hello fellow hubbers, I have 2 questions:1. I have decided to reveal my "real" name here on Hubpages, but I haven't found the setting yet which allows me to put my name, like some hubbers have done, on their profile page, next to their pen name. For example, fellow hubber billybuc has his...
