That's right folks! I'm living proof that it can be done with some good old fashioned work ethic. I have only 9 hubs, but have busted my butt daily learning all the methods of linking and article writing. The majority of my time has obviously been spent learning, but as my repertoire and knowledge is expanding I'm finding the processes I follow being easier to accomplish. I still have a ton to learn and a lifetime of work, but today so far in what I believe is my 30th day on hubpages (I lost track, but my profile says 4 weeks) I am up to $1.22 in earnings for the day.Now if I could only somehow force people to buy stuff off amazon, lol! I recommend reading any and all of the readily available free information on driving traffic, keyword research and writing that you can on here. You too with a little elbow grease can turn hubpages into a money making machine!

Much appreciated frogdropping. Keep clear of the traffic( the kind that runs you over, not the kind we like) lol!

Wow, that's excellent, I have 20 hubs and have not made that much in a day yet.  Hope I do one day!  Congratulations to you!

There are some great tools to find on here for linking,RSS,pinging, and article writing on other sites to link back to your hubs. Even a little effort put forth towards these things can show growth in leaps and bounds, good luck with it creativelycc.

Great job!  Now as Nelle says you just have to keep repeating the process. As the ad says "It won't happen over night but it will happen" smile

    Congrats!!!

I have earned a dollar or more on a day several times, but most days still have a big fat 0. My next goal is to get at least some earnings every day!

Good luck with your adsense, I just read in another thread you would spend it on Guinness, seems like a wise choice big_smile

I am new to adsense - 4 days in and am nowhere near $1 or £1 in my country. I'm very envious! smile

Something I read that seemed to help me see at least a tiny smidge everyday Sarah, was on your Adsense account page click : my account, then on the edit for ( interest based ads) and (third party ads) select  do not show. This makes th google ads on your hubs more relevant to the topic or product, which in my opinion search engine based traffic would be more likely to click on. If this does not seem to help any then you can always change it right back. Hope that helps!

Good Job done Benjamin! Some of the virtues a newbie should have to succeed in making money is learn to be patient, consistently write and not give up and learn from those who are knowledgeable. A million dollars start with a meager $0.01. Congratulations!

I have been making $100 dollars a day or more for the past two months.   Oooops! forgot the decimal point:   I mean $.10 a day or more for the past two months, except for a few $0 days.   LOL, great work, ain't it funny how $1 can make you feel?

CONGRATULATIONS!  Just felt like yelling that.
